            On June 4th 2019 I purchased an **** system from Aire Serv of Fort Worth (*****) at first the system performed great. Shortly after, the float switch failed, flooding my home and damaging my floors. The owner came to my home and refused to take ownership of a costly mistake. I let it go. Then, in May of 2023, I was having issues with my cooling. The **** tech, while replacing a part melted the outside unit. The unit was replaced, but then suddenly my blower motor failed, in total I think I spent close to $2000 in repairs for a single call. Now, in January ****, my heater is no longer working and neither is my heat pump. I was guaranteed 24 hour emergency service, a performance guarantee, a no lemon guarantee, a system assurance guarantee and a no quibble guarantee along with so many guarantees which now seem like they were buzzwords to get me to spend money with them. Now they are telling me that I cannot claim anything that was guaranteed to me in the contract. Im at a loss. Ive never been so humiliated in my life. I paid for the system, but this company is not honoring their word by correcting the issues with the system. I feel like every time I call for service, that another, completely unrelated issue completely arises. I want my money back!

            This company does not know much about AC. Beware if you use them. Installed my unit in December. Now finding out a lot of things wrong. Toldmy wife she cannot *************** to complain anymore. They were out Thursday,Friday, niw Mo day. Hope they can figure it out **** but somehow I doubt it. BAD BUSINESS

            Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. Aire Serv of Fort Worth has been serving the community since ****. Aire Serv takes great pride in providing our clients a 5 Star Experience. Unfortunately, the equipment installed at the ******** home did have several issues requiring multiple visits to work out. There was also existing drainage that was not up to code. Once brought to code, the client wanted this reversed which would put the client's home in danger of water damage. We at Aire Serv live our Code of Values by operating in a Responsible Manner...above the line. Unfortunately, the Client/Company experience could not be salvaged. For the first time in the business history, July 1, 2022 Aire Serv terminated the relationship with Mr. * ********************* by refunding the **** replacement in full via Cashiers Check of $11,465.40. Aire Serv will continue to use this case as a learning moment and strive to do better each and every time. Thank you again for the opportunity to respond.
