              Last year we contracted Denco services for our home AC unit. He came out and told us we need to replace the unit and we paid him $2500 in cash. In August 2020, he came out and adjusted the refrigerant charge but we still continued to experience the same problem as the house was freezing even at 79 degrees cool. Come 2021, I informed **** on May 18th that the registers and ducts were sweating and mold was growing. This is when the run around started, **** claimed he was going to come out but never did as he claimed the day of the appointment that it was storming, next he told me that he was in a cancer hospital in North Carolina and went radio silent. He stopped returning my messages and all my calls go straight to voicemail and no call backs. This morning I had a friend do a 3 way call and surprise, surprise **** promptly answered thinking it was a new client yet that very morning all my calls were still going to voicemail. **** was not aware that I was on the call. Not impressed!

              Denco Air Conditioning & Heating put two new ac units in my home 5 years ago! The work was exceptional and the cost was lower than any other bids I had. Denver the owner makes sure every customer is happy and even checks in to see if anything is needed. I have had him out to service my units over the past 5 years and will never use anyone else. He is very knowledgable and honest when it comes to what needs to be done. I will never use another company other than Denco!
