            Rubber Flooring ordered. Three separate rolls with three different thicknesses leading to unacceptable tripping hazards. Contacted customer service. No timely response. Required additional $63 to source subfloor material to compensate for product defect. Company eventually responded. Requested to send out representative. Replied back on 29 Jan and have not heard back since. Seeking company pay additional cost ($63) to correct their defective product.

            I placed an order for 6 tiles on Saturday, March 2nd. I had a problem with the order as each time I got to check out either the quantity changed or the color changed. After three attempts, my selection was saved. I processed payment. I received an e-mail confirmation and the size and color was incorrect. The link to check my order was broken and it still not working. I started calling immediately. Since Saturday, I have called almost a dozen times, sent numerous e-mails, tried to use the text and chat option. You can call, wait on hold (hold time is 2 minutes...hold time is 3 mins.) then after ***** minutes an automated voice will come on and say "due to unusually high call volume we are unable to take your call at this time" and they hang up on you. EVERY TIME. No one is responding to me. Today is Thursday, March 7th. The package (wrong merchandise) was delivered today. I never heard from Rubber Flooring. I filed a complaint with Paypal, my credit card company and I am going to file one with BBB. This company is a scam. Dig into their reviews. I have sent another e-mail asking for an RA number to return these tiles. I am on hold again trying to get an RA number and was told the hold time was 2 mins. I was on hold for 11 mins when I got the same "we are unable to take your call at this time due to unusually high call volume, please leave a message and a highly trained specialist will return your call within one day" I left a message. This company is a scam. The 5 star reviews are fake. Try calling yourself before ordering and see if you get a live person. Don't call the "sales" number. Buyer beware. Do you homework. My next correspondence will be with the BBB. I have all of my e-mails, text, and phone logs to show I have made several attempts to contact Rubber Flooring and they have completely ignored me.

If you have more than one color in the cart you will need to select the correct color you are wanting to purchase and on the product page our website you need to select the correct color. Although you received a color you were not wanting and I do apologize for that once again, our website does not select a random color at checkout. also prior to paying for the order you are provided with an opportunity to review your order to confirm it is correct a couple of times before adding in your credit card info and hitting submit payment. 

             

            We understand that at times errors may occur and we were more than happy to assist you with a full refund back to your account on 03/08/2024. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund reflect back into your account. If you would like to keep or donate the tiles you purchased incorrectly please feel free to keep them or donate them at this time.
