              This issue started Oct 12 2023 when i 3 s contractor bored under my driveway to install cable and in the process cracked the concrete in several places. i have been trying to get this issue resolved since then. I have been told that the person ******* ******* the Market manager for this region whom has supposed to be resolving this issue no longer works for I3 . ******* brought people out to verify the damage and got estimates to fix the driveway and told me he had turned all this in to I3s finance department that was on March 6 2024 I have not heard any thing since. I have emails and voicemaills that i have saved making various promises to remedy this situation to no avail. i will be contacting a lawyer to see what i can do legally in this matter.
