There is no record of a job performed for a customer named D******* Johnson. However it's likely someone else's name was used for the house of record. With that in mind, we can only respond based upon Ms. Johnsons review, and the fact that the price of $419 is consistent with a price to repair a water line seems consistent with our charge that type of repair.
To our knowledge there was no problem with timeliness, response time, cleanliness, the issue we were called out for not being corrected. There was no attitude issues with our call center taking the call nor with the technicians that assessed and repaired the problem. Our prices were given upfront with no hidden fees. At this point I am unsure what we can do for Ms Johnson.
I certainly can't speak to what another plumber decided to charge. Because it was lower cost does not mean it was fair. Maybe they were feeling generous, maybe thats what they charge and if that's the case and they seem to be a good fit for Ms. Johnson, then we understand we are not the plumber for her.
