YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! BUYER BEWARE.....If you choose to buy from Ashley Furniture be prepared for lies, deception, and they must lose your phone number, because they never call back! It is one excuse after another....this is more like dealing with toddlers than a business. We fell in love with a living room set the day we saw it at Ashley Furniture in ********* ******** on April 25, 2021. We had been discouraged by all other furniture companies regarding delivery dates all the way up to January 2022. We were reeled in when our salesman informed us that Ashley was beating the competition by months regarding delivery time. Our furniture would be delivered in July.....we were SOLD! Unfortunately this was just the first lie we were told. July came and went, as well as August, September, and October. Each month we were told "it should be here next month".....it never happened, until at the end of October we were told it would arrive by November 9th, and it finally did! But.....and yes, there was a but.....the furniture has arrived, but we can't deliver it until December 9th. Looking back, I should have questioned how Ashley could deliver when no other furniture company could. My beautiful furniture was delivered on December 9, 2021. I was arranging pillows on Saturday, December 11th when I noticed the stain on the chair. I immediately reported it online to Ashley Furniture. I received a reply on December 12, 2021 stating that my complaint had been received and I would be contacted within 5 business days. Today is December 29, 2021, and I have not heard anything from Ashley Furniture yet. My emails back and forth with customer service keep apologizing, and state that they are "escalating" my case, but NOTHING has happened. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!!!!!! And to top it off, as we moved our new ottoman we noticed a tear in the bottom liner. I reached out again today, and was told they are escalating the case and someone should be in contact within 72 business hours......I DON'T BELIVE THEM! I did not pay for stained and ripped furniture....I paid for brand new furniture. If it took 8 months to get 4 pieces, and 2 are damaged. If it takes 8 months more to replace the damaged items there will be 8 months wear on the other 2 pieces. I want ALL FOUR pieces replaced brand new, no damage, and no stains.
