    I hired them to put in new flooring in a rental property. On first walkthrough before any work was done (salesman Barry and installer Sergio were present (very sure of the quality of their work), I was EMPHATICALLY clear and mentioned multiple times that the floors were currently creaky and that if I needed to have the subfloor replaced to fix it, I wanted to do it. What I was never told at the time was that replacing the subfloor wasn’t a service they offered -I would have had to go to a different company for that work which I would have done if I knew to do so. I wanted the creaks gone before the tenants moved in at the beginning of the next month -leaving them about 3 1/2 weeks to do the job they said would take a couple days. I was assured that they do great work and that I would be “taken care of” and that they could mitigate the creaking by adding screws to the subfloor into the joists. Well… when the work was “completed”, I went to look at the work to find still very creaky floors, my trim not put back properly (had spots where tall and short trim were just stuck on side by side and, in areas that previously had carpet that are now LVP, they put the trim back on at original height leaving a gap between trim and floor (tenants were going to paint anyway so lower trim wouldn’t be a problem -not to mention they never attempted to level the basement floor at all before installation though they tried to charge me for some floor leveler). I mentioned these things and my dissatisfaction to Barry a couple times after installation and reminded them of the tenant move in date and that I wanted things fixed they said they would try to add more screws to mitigate the creaking now that the carpet was already installed (pretty sure didn’t happen and they never even acknowledged the trim issues)... as you might expect, time ran out. Tenants moved in with creaky floors and messed up trim and are having to deal with it. Finally, upon receiving an $11,xxx bill (was roughly 1k
