So to be upfront I had to add one star to move forward. I would actually give this business minus stars. This lady had me to believe she had actually completed a pool build but she has not she is a pool cleaner. She subbed what she could sub out and then had her 21 year old son do the rest. Her son stated he has worked with his father over the years however working with someone and not being actually qualified in that area are separate things. This lady is rude, unprofessional, she talks over you and she lies constantly. I have voiced disapproval during certain aspects she stated she would correct and then she continued on doing exactly as I had told her I was having issues with. I have all her texts I have turned into an email history which was advised by my attorney. I just want to tell anyone do your due diligence, research the person, research the company, if you don't receive 3D rendering of your requested work do not use the company. This lady was never able to furnish us any drawings all we got were internet photos which were not representative of the work. My advise to her is to hire a professional team of electricians, brick masons, etc etc or send her son to school to learn these trades. My second piece of advise is to not use your baby boy for jobs and then get in your feelings when someone who is paying for perfection does not like your baby boys work. Bluf: Please use a company like **** ****** or someone who has an actual brick with qualified personal.

We are a family owned and operated business. We have been in the swimming pool industry for over 15 years in both retail and construction. We also offer swimming pool maintenance. We are fully insured, licensed and bonded. We do not keep a team of electricians, masons, etc...on payroll. These are services we contract when necessary like any other contractor would. Our contracted electrician is not only certified but is a master electrician under state of Georgia code. We would not have been eligible to obtain building permits otherwise. It would be wise to consult legal advice prior to libel or slander of a company or individual as you've done in your statement. We too have documented our communications as well. Furthermore, you are still under contract with our company and have not been consistent or clear in your request. You've also breached the contract on more than one occasion by your indecision and changes. We have accommodated you in every aspect of the project and we are still doing so. We are currently working with your loan company's construction department to resolve the issue as it's been impossible to communicate with you as per your above complaint. Your complaint is spiteful and driven to attack us instead of communicating through your loan company to resolve any issues you may have. We will continue to work with the company responsible for providing the funds to you for the completion of this project. It would be very wise to choose your words carefully when writing false accusations against an individual or company. If you've sought legal advice, I'm sure they have made you aware of this.
