      I was under the impression that I would only be paying for the amount presented to me. Be very careful with this company. You don't have an actual contract in front of you to read. Everything is pretty much explained over the phone by their representative while the agent from ******* ******* is in person ready to bring a new unit in for my heating/air. The email I received from them on the day of my purchase was: "You have secured financing for a max job up to $*******." I looked on my credit report and it's posting a balance of $***. My Portal says my Balance $********* - In addition, they never mention an early payoff date etc. but will bring it up when you call to complain. How are you reporting $*** as a Debt but have a balance in my portal of $********* (with no interest being charged) and only approved for $******* The numbers are not adding up. I would suggest that everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wished I would have come to the reviews before doing business. There is no way I would have done business with a company who has a 1.33/5 stars with NOT 1 GOOD REVIEW! I asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR, I was put on hold for at least 2 Minutes and not only that but it was "One of the floor Managers" she stated. I asked for a SUPER VISOR. In my closing, I asked was she the last result of someone to speak to and she replied yes. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST GUYS!!!!!!! My review almost didn't post because I have to pick a start rate and I actually wished they had an option for 0!

      *** ****** signed a lease with our company in January 2024 for the leasing of a *** ***** *** ********* Furnace. All leases are emailed to the email address that was provided during the application process. The lease was emailed to *************************** His and was electronically signed by *** ******. The cash price is $********. The lease that *** ****** signed shows him not only the amount of his cash price, but it also breaks down how his lease payments are applied. Our lease also clearly explains the total terms, the total cost if he goes the full term, the express pay and early payment options that are available to him and as well as many other details regarding his lease purchase agreement with Breeze Lease by Okinus. We are required to report the full balance owed on *** ******’s lease to the credit bureau’s which is calculated by his lease term of 48 payments of $******. We report the status of the lease on the last business day of each month for the previous month to ******* and **********. Because we understand that customers may not want to go the full term, we offer 3 express pay options to our customer at 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months. These options are explained on Line 7 of the lease. After 9 months, our customers can pay off at any time by paying 75% of the remaining lease payments plus any taxes, fees or past due amounts plus the amount in the security deposit if any. When *** ****** contacted our office on 09/18/24, he spoke with a Floor Manager who is a Supervisor with Breeze Lease by Okinus. His balance was explained to him. *** ****** was sent his lease to review and electronically sign his lease. On the lease it states that he has read and fully understands the lease. We are happy to go over the lease with *** ****** and can also send him another copy of his lease for his information for his review if he would like.

      Dear future buyers take your chances with your bank or finding your own loan company. I purchased a bed and a dresser which came out to be 1500. So how in the world does a 1500 dollar bed turn into a 5000 purchased??. I called and asked how is the interest and the guy ( from there company) tells me that we don’t charge interest ??. So Feb comes around and I made my last payment (so I thought). Around May or June I’m getting served with papers stating that I was being Sued by this company. When I looked at how much money they reported I owe was insane. Emails telling they will get the bed. I mean you can at this point and I will go to Ashely’s and get a whole bed set that comes with everything for half the price your stated I owe yet never received. Still no one from this company came and got the frame and dresser. I had my own box spring and mattress. Now they turned around and LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS OWED. I read every comment and I see I’m not the only person they have done this to yet their response to customer is still very unprofessional. I finally decided to call the furniture store and I asked the same lady how much did I get approve for and she told me 4000. Okay so where is the rest of the 2500 this company claim I spent. Plus they never mentioned how much I was approve for just that I was approve the bed frame and dressers I wanted. This been going on for two and half years now. So now they took it even future and suing me for money I never spend or borrowed from them. If almost every comment on her stated that y’all DO NOT CHARGE INTEREST yet setting can’t update your systems people paying all this money back to you yet you have no real explanation. Yet still YELLING CONTRACT. There isn’t a script in this world that they can formulate a explanation for the paying customer. You are WAY OVER CHARGING PEOPLE at this point they company should’ve apply for a PPP loan bad as they ripping people off for money.

      I am sick after discovering that my contract had an EPO (early purchase option). Because applying is electronic, I missed that the contract was more than double the purchase price. I thought I had 24 months to pay the purchase price plus financing. I missed my EPO by a few months, and I have to pay an additional *** more than my purchase of ** K, which I put ** down on at the time of purchase. I am SICK over it. This is outrageous. There is something deceitful about not putting the EPO and total in capitalized bold characters. It's so much that I may seek legal advice.

      What scumbags. They give you a loan, in our case four months, and if you don't pay it off EARLY -- not on time, but if you don't pay it off early -- your total amount nearly doubles. So the furniture company that set us up with the loan suggests that we call and adjust each payment amount, to ensure we finish payment before they double how much you owe for no freaking reason. Great, so I do that, I call and double the amount so we finish in half the time. But guess what? Instead they charge us the doubled amount, and the following day they charge us the original amount. They didn't cancel or amend the original payment plan, they just added on another payment schedule. I call to complain (by the way, their paperwork says they charge you for calling their support), and we schedule a buyout, the last of the loan to be paid out a month later. A month after that final payment, however, we get charged YET AGAIN. I call them once again, they see the extra payment and the error in their system, but in order to refund me the money they KNOW they overcharged me, they need a copy of my bank statements. Are you kidding me??

      Okinus has a policy for refunds. For Okinus to issue a refund, Okinus requires a bank statement to be sent over showing the payment in POSTED status, Okinus and the customer can conduct a 3-way with the customers bank if the customer doesn’t want to send over a bank statement or the customer can wait 14 business days and Okinus will issue a refund. Okinus must ensure that the funds were sent to Okinus before issuing a refund. **. ******* was advised of Okinus’ policy when he contacted our office on 8/16/24 and **. ******* stated he understood the policy. Okinus is still waiting for **. ******* to send over the bank statement. If **. ******* doesn’t want to send over the bank statement, he can contact our office at 800-472-1334 so that we can conduct a 3-way with his bank, or he can wait until 9/3/24 and we will send the refund to his account.       They are a rip off. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them our regret that I allow the furniture company to ever use them as finding the product that I purchased out of their store expecting to purchase something and paying just a little interest in it do not use them, they will pretty much double your payment and all these extra fees you probably will pay triple the amount of your merchandise when you walked out of the store

      Total scam service. The fact that my $2800 loan cost me $7000 is totally unacceptable. On top of it all. Every time I try to log into my account it tells me my email is invalid. When I changed my payment method, they continued to withdrawal for the deleted account without authorization. I had to close the account to get them to stop. DO NOT DO BUINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      Worst place I have ever dealt with. Upon payoff of my account, a duplicate payment was made in excess of $200, and when I requested that the overpayment be credited back to my payment account, I was told I must submit statements showing the processed charges AND running account balance for the payment account despite okinus acknowledging that they received overpayment. When I questioned that, I was disconnected from the conversation. The original lease was a complete farce and I misunderstood the repayment terms, believing payments were monthly but were actually biweekly. In the end, the product would have cost me about three times the original price and on terms I would not have accepted had I clearly understood.

      Okinus is very sorry that we drafted the extra payment. Okinus was not aware that **. **** was taking advantage of the 110 day buyout that is offered. Okinus is sorry for processing the extra payment. Okinus will be more than glad to refund the monies owed to Okinus. In order for Okinus to refund the money, **. **** will need to send over the bank statement showing the payments POSTED to the account or **. **** can wait until 7/11/24 and Okinus can issue the refund. Okinus has a policy that request a bank statement or the customer must wait 14 days in order for a refund to be issued. If a bank statement is not received by 7/11/24, Okinus will send a refund for the overpayment. **. **** was explained the policy when he chatted in to Okinus on 7/1/24. Thanks

      This company has no integrity from the founder to the lowest paid employee they have. Beware and steer clear of using them as a finance option!!! They are treacherous and take no responsibility for what they do wrong. Even when you ask multiple times to change your pay date they don’t and charge you a fee. Tell you that you will review the call and never do! Pathetic people that work here & the worst customer service. DO NOT USE THEM GO WITH *********** ******* INSTEAD!

      **. ******* contacted Okinus on 5/13/24 to make an extra payment. There was nothing mentioned on that call to change the due date. Okinus offered to have the call pulled from 5/13/24 but **. ******* declined the offer. Okinus will be more than glad to send that call to **. ******* so that she can see a due date change was never requested. **. ******* was made aware that her next payment would automatically draft on 5/22/24. The payment that drafted on 5/22/24 was returned back to Okinus due to insufficient funds. **. ******* can refer to number 5 on her lease agreement where it states that a $30.00 fee would be applied if a payment returned back to Okinus. If **. ******* would like to listen to the call from 5/13/24, she can contact Okinus and we will be glad to send that call to **. *******. Thanks

To take advantage of the 110 day buyout, **. ******* has until 7/20/24 and the 110 day buyout is in the amount of $3,701.30. This was explained to **. ******* when she contacted Okinus on 6/3/24. If **. ******* doesn’t take advantage of the 110 day buyout, she will enter into the lease agreement. **. ******* can refer to number 6 on the lease agreement where it explains the cost of the lease if she were to go the full terms of the lease.       They tell you one price and wwhen you call to talk to someone you get the runner around they take money from your account more then once when it just once a month. You dont recive any paper work from them you keep ask they tell you thay will send it and haven send it yet they report wrong imformation to the ****** that's not right and know one is doing anything about this company..

On page 6 of the lease agreement, there is a payment schedule attached showing the dates the payments will automatically draft. When **. ****** signed the lease agreement, a copy of the lease agreement was sent to the email address that **. ****** put on the application during the application process. Okinus will be glad to resend the lease agreement to **. ****** if that's what she would like for us to do. Okinus drafted the payments per the lease agreement. If **. ****** feels like Okinus is reporting incorrectly, **. ****** can file a dispute with the credit bureau.
