      I never thought big companies like this keep asking money all the time in advance but never finish their jobs always going to their office and complaining but no satisfaction answer from last 1 1/2 years my other jobs done like marbles work but they still don’t get done plumbing jobs it will cost me $40,000 to remove marbles

      Buzzell Plbg Htg & Air Inc followed normal protocol on this project. There were several issues during this project: job came to standstill due to site not being ready, customer owed invoices from ******** and finally paid half of what was owed in *****. Owner added work to the inwall portion of the project after it was already completed. Owner ordered some materials himself, some of which were 12 plus months out thus halting the project. Marble work was completed before plumbing work was completed by owners choosing. Owner has only been charged for work that has been completed. Owner will be required to pay at least one half of the remaining contract for Buzzell to return to project. Buzzell has fulfilled our obligations as the plumbing contractor.

      Buzzell installed an expensive tankless water heater that does not get warm. You never know if you are going to get a hot or cold shower.

      Hot water heater needed a replacement part which the manufacturer provided. Technician replaced part and left the gas leaking in house. This could have resulted in an explosion and or death. The company offered no apology nor did they attempt to reach out to customer to reduce the cost of the faulty services they provided. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend this company to work on a gas hot water heater.

      Made the mistake of having them come out to look at my Carrier A/C on a Tuesday. The tech offered to add freon since the unit was cooling but not as well as it should be even though the suspected issue was the expansion valve (TXV). We agreed the cost would go toward the valve if the freon didn't fix the issue. They would have to call and get a price for the valve and would let me know the cost to replace it. Paid $280 for that service call. Received a non itemized paid in full invoice with the techs notes stating the agreement on the cost of the freon and that the suspected issue was the TXV valve on Friday of that same week. The following Monday I called back to let them know that the unit was still not working and I'd like to move forward with replacing the valve. Service was scheduled for the following day. Took off work to be available for the service call. Around 12:30 was called by their office to confirm I was home and told the tech was ready to head my way to see about my cooling issue. Mentioned that it was to replace the TXV valve as stated previously and clearly noted and was promptly asked to hold. 10-15 minutes on hold and I'm then told they wouldn't be coming out because they didn't have the valve and no one ordered it. They wanted half of the $1400 repair I was quoted to order the part and then they would try again. Not confident they could actually manage to complete the repair I told them I wanted to call another company and I would get back with them. Called another reputable Carrier authorized dealer and was told the TXV valve replacement on my package unit would cost $800!

      After explaining my frustration with the missed service call on top of the highway robbery on the pricing I asked for a refund because I agreed to the initial charge with the understanding that it would go toward the full repair. I was told by the office manager that only the owner could authorize a refund and as you can guess he is never in the office.
