Please be advised we just had one of the worst possible customer experiences with these clowns. I set up an appointment for termite inspection/control with Tyler(manager?). He was on time, thorough & knowledgeable. We explained very clearly that we did not want any interior services because of our dogs. He explained that they would dust the crawl space & treat the yard which we agreed to. Signed contract & paid $1300.00 up front for the service. All good so far. THEN, after numerous reminders to text my wife who works from home, one of their ***** **** techs just shows up at the house. Called me when he was coming up the driveway. Had no idea of what was to be done. Immediately wanted to dust the attic & start spraying inside. I politely told him we had requested NO interior services. He acknowledged & said he would start installing the bait stations. 30 minutes later I get a screaming phone call from my wife that she is in the bathroom & the tech is wandering through our house, spraying chemical everywhere, opening doors & just strolled into our master bedroom & started spraying in the master closet. No text, no doorbell ring, no phone call & worst of all, I was cutting the grass & told him to let me know if he needed anything. My wife asked him to leave immediately. He responded that he would finish up outside. Literally one of the ******* human beings I have encountered in a while. Called Tyler who immediately went into basic, rote, manager conflict de-escalation. "Can't say how sorry we are. Checking work order now to verify work areas......" This is after a 2 hr consultation the day before and NO INTERIOR SERVICES written all over the contract. We have rescue dogs who had no idea why some rando is going through the house, my wife is yelling for me to get this guy out of the house....... utter, preventable chaos. We cancelled the contract immediately & get to wait for 2-3 days for a refund. I caution anyone that this business is highly unprofessional. And scary.

I just wanted to leave a review for Evan S****..He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable..He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the proper service to fix any pest issues that I was having.He was also genuinely a really nice guy and that's a rare thing in this world today. I just wanted his bosses and co-workers to know that he took pride in his work and did a fantastic job.
