      25 emails and numerous calls no help with account since * -**-****

      Hello, based on your account, you have spoken to several agents regarding this matter. You canceled a payment causing a past due balance of $**.** owed on your account. This is for delivery from */**/** through */**/**, which is the day you switched to digital-only. Home delivery or digital cannot be resumed until you pay the past due balance. Please let us know if you require more assistance. Thank you.

      I NEVER asked for delivery of a newspaper, only the digital edition. If this is true why didn't SOMEONE tell me?. After all I have talked and texted enough people. This company does not have a knowledgeable customer service. If I owed a bill it would have been paid. They still have NOT contacted me! I no longer want any services that they have , or lie to you to get!!!!
