      The owner of this company is very unprofessional! He doesn’t take accountability for his crew and he argues with his customers.

      Ms. Thomas, I am sorry you feel this way but this is by no means the situation. You live in a community that is governed by a board/builder that makes the rules and specs for the services we provide. All we can do id follow them. You agreed to the covenants and giving them this power when you moved in there. Please don’t fault us for following their rules and contract terms. I believe your real grievance is with them and not us…at least it should be as we are only following their contract terms and rules. If being unprofessional means standing up for what is right and explaining the rules to you and refusing to break those rules for you then I would say I am guilty. However, respect should go both ways, business owner or customer. You have accused my company of spilling fertilizer on your lawn when after looking at with you it was it was determined it was your dog’s urine spots causing the discoloration. Then you have called me a liar multiple times when in fact we came back to service your property(and have time stamped photos to prove it, even though you didn’t follow the HOA rules of cleaning up your dogs feces the first time, only to find there was still dog feces still everywhere. As I was leaving your property you said you were going to clean up the dog poop yet two hours later when we returned you hadn’t and therefore we were not able to service the back yard. I won’t disrespect you and call you a liar like you have me but I will just say that you didn’t follow through on what is required of you to follow your HOA rules and therefore prevented us from servicing your back yard like we do the others. That is what I call cause and effect. So to recap, you didn’t clean up behind your dog as the HOA requires. We skipped the back yard. We met and you said you would clean it up. We returned two hours later to find that you didn’t clean it up. We had no choice but to skip it again. This does not make me a liar nor unprofessional. Furthermore, your HOA rules are that you are suppose to call the property manager with all issues so they can document. We have asked this of your several times as well. Yet, you have continued to interrupt and stop the employees while working to complain and even border line harassed by calling and texting my office with complaints. These rules are all in place to insure quality and fairness. We have many processes and procedures in place, along with upper management on site, to account for our employees. I don’t think it’s fair for you to ask or even expect us to break the rules/contract for you and when we don’t you complain and say we are unprofessional or not doing out job.
