My inspection consisted of Zack poking his head in the attic. He did not even attempt to go up on the roof. I had to provide the ladder he used to look in the attic.Review from Sonia S

I am a local Realtor and began partnering with SouthPaw Roofing within the last year based on word of mouth from other Realtor's and its been the best decision for myself and my clients! I hired this company to re-shingle my roof. The contract they provided listed plywood to replace roof vents. They do not use plywood, they use OSB board. When I asked about it they said "Do you know how much plywood costs?". I mentioned it was on their contract and he said they would be removing it from future contracts. I also mentioned I could see outside from the attic where I could not before. He refused to check out the issue and said it was supposed to be like that. From outside I pointed out a section where I could see the drip-edge had been removed and I was concerned about water getting in. He had a worker get on the roof and add drip-edge where I could see. The worker said there was drip-edge everywhere else so the job was complete. I later discovered wet leaves, pine needles and dirt in the attic insulation and found they only added drip-edge on the spot I could see. It is missing everywhere else and there are two large openings where piles of wet debris have collected. I had to hire a legitimate roofing company to add the drip-edge and fix the two large openings South Paw left in the attic.Southpaw Roofing Response
