    I contacted the company due to my heat not working on my unit. They first came out on Nov ******** with a great response time from a new service and sales quote request. I paid $267.80 for a service call including replacing a blower capacitor, flame sensor cleaning, and card fee. I contacted them later that evening because the heat stopped working and only blowing cool. The tech came back out the next day and stated it had an error code and installed another ground wire. I contacted them again because the heat stopped and only blowing cool with a continuous cycling again. A different tech came out the next day on the ***** the tech called two other techs to assist with a tube. I paid $175 this time for a pull flue and clean out, being told this has to be the issue because he doesn't see anything else as to why the flame was drawing to air. The 3 techs were talking as they were working but stating it was clear and they didn't see anything and how the setup is difficult in that area. I contacted them again later that day the same issue of no heat and blowing cool. The tech came out on the 19th, said he doesn't see why it's happening and got it to work for a short time and said it can be a faulty control board but it's still under warranty with the previous company and suggest I call them so I dont void the warranty. I contacted the emergency line of bucky Holland, he said he doesn't know what else to do and gave suggestions on try turning off and on the breaker to reset. The senior tech called on the 20th from the after hour call, he tighten a pin plug to the control board and said again there's nothing else he can do and reiterated the control board statement. I contacted bucky Holland on the***********. and **** about this issue, feeling taken advantage of, and request a partial refund of at least the $175 since I paid for something not needed and issue still not fixed. I have only received a reply on the **** to send a tech out. I said Idk y tech comments.
