              In September 2023 purchased 4 Vanilla Gift cards for $500 each at *** ** **** ******. I used one card and the balance on it was $75.75. The company then told me that I cannot use the cards without giving me a reason and that they will give me a refund for the balance of $75.75 for the card I used and another refund for $150 for the other 3 cards which I did not use. I was told to give them a proof of address which I did 5 times already via email in the format they requested, but still no refund from them. I was given 2 complaint case numbers for follow up ********* and ********** Please ensure I receive a refund. I is very difficult to contact them as they card numbers I give them over the phone they say are not valid. Of course they are not valid because they cancelled them! As mentioned I send them a proof of address over 5 times via email but no refund yet!! Please ensure I receive my refund of $75.75 and $1500 soonest. Thank you.

              If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a HUGE scam. My husband purchased a $100 Vanilla Visa Gift card for my birthday. Activate it, all is good, balance is there then go to use the card and it is declined in stores, invalid online and everywhere you can imagine. Called the number on the back of my Visa card and the call goes to India. She verified she see's the $100 and tells me she will issue a new card. Have not received it after several weeks. Called the # again and was given the runaround by the same people. This time they say someone will call me back within 48 hours. Has not happened. This company steals your money period! The website is rendered useless and always gives a "system error" when you try and check balances etc. This company needs to be shut down immediately. You basically pay for a card that never works and you will never see a resolution from this company.
