I purchased a car at this place in July. The tag expires on ****** **, i went to the tag office twice andcthey said the paperwork wasn't done. I called Laura and she kept saying she would call me back but didn't. By this time my tag had expired and couldn't dri e to work or no where in my car because of the tag. My mom called and tried to see why i haven't got a tag yet she told my mother that she couldn't do anything about that cause she did her part and my wasn't a customer so she wasn't fixing to talk with her and hung up in her face. My mom called back and asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and aint nothing she can Do about a tagand again hung up in my mom face. When i went back to tag office the lady said the tag wasn't processed until ****** ** and it's coming in the mail. But tag expires the *** My complaint is on Laura she is very rude and unprofessional! She wasn't acting like that when she was taking my money for the car. If this happened to me and she was comfortable with it she has done it before to other people and it's sad she has to be that way! Someone need to investigate what this company is doing with these tags!

I would avoid this place .. I purchased a car and Laura assured me that because it was on a hill that's why it was pulling off funny. It was my first car purchased off a lot and she said I would have a warranty. I ended up spending over **** to fix it a week later. Her and Paul avoided my calls and never answered. She acted as if she was sweet loving and caring but actually was misleading and took advantage of me. I shared with her it was my first time buying. The seat was messed up they patched it and it's back broken. I had a horrible experience and I am stuck with the car and they definitely didn't try to make it right. I ask for reimbursement and paul said no. I would not trust them I wish I would have read the reviews before hand. The cars are overpriced and no good.

I paid cash for a car from this dealership. First thing first , the car I purchased along with another vehicle I tried all had this weird sound when you cut them on. I was ensured that it was due to it being cold outside and the car warming basically some excuse but I still would have this issue with the car when I would let it sit for a while then turned it back on. The next issue was the same day of purchase the car was jerking and shaking , I had to cancel my doctors appointment and take the car back. I was told to leave the car with Paul and he would have their mechanic fix the issue. Next issue I was having issues with the coil pack and took the car to tell me exactly the issues and it was in both cylinders so I took the car back to them again and it was the same run around this time bring the car at lunch time and once again the mechanic would fix all the issues. The next issue was the biggest, my car began to shake and jerk as it did when I first purchased it, also it couldn't use the gas like normal to accelerate because it would drag as well. I would struggle to get up hills. The car cut off on me and would I would turn it back on it would keep shutting off with majority of the things highlight such as the battery , check engine light everything was lit. My daughter was in the car and we was almost hit multiple times trying to move it out of the road. I let the car sit over night at a gas station and when I came the next day it drove for about 2 seconds up the road it would struggle to get up the hill and shut off again right in the middle of traffic. The same day I went to them and Laura was very nasty the same one who sold me this vehicle she told me that it has no warranty , it is a cash car , the mileage was already high but still if you knew the mileage was high and it was going to soon have issues hmmm why would you sale it ! So you have knowledge of the car having issues. Paula even told me the day I had my coils supposedly fix I had a great engine. Avoid them do not believe the lies !
