    IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR HOME CASH AND FAST, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO GO TO!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! From beginning to end this was timely, smooth and easy! They delivered as promised and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I sold my house CASH with NO OPEN HOUSES, NO VISITORS, NO INSPECTIONS, NO HASSLE!! And when I had issues with my closing costs they made adjustments to meet my needs. They were absolutely understanding and compassionate in this difficult time for me.     Amazing selling experience!Our sale was a cash sale. There was no hassle! No open house with ppl coming over while we lived there! And all agreements completed AS STATED AND ON SCHEDULE!******** worked with ******* and his wife, or better stated, the worked with me! Amazing team, accommodated my requests and needs! Friendly. On call and available! Punctual! Precise! Integrity! Trustworthy and that is important in any business dealings. AGREEMENTS We worked out contract in the beginning and ******* sat with our family explaining every clause and making ensuring understanding. When some cost came up for question with the title company, in a matter of minutes, ******* made all the adjustments and took the cost on himself without any hesitation. He called me ensuring it was solved and that was that! CLOSING All contracts signed and payments made on time and to the letter! EVERYTHING was no hassle, no constant negotiations, laid out in contract, and amenable adjusted to meet our request and fit our needs. THE COMPANY I use that term lightly because I never worked with a company...I worked with ppl who felt like family. From the moment he came over, sat at my kitchen table, from that moment he was a friend.... In the midst of that hard season for my family we sat and laughed. He laid all his cards on the table and I put my trust in him because I knew I could. I had a other sellers calling but I prayed and waited until the Lord said "now." A day later he called and I felt peace. At my dinner table meeting him, I felt peace. And throughout the whole cash sale experience, dealings, contracts, time frames, ******* carried the load, ensured e everything was agreeable, constant communication, reachable anytime, but most of all, I could trust them, company...their family with my family.     Selling my house to RC INVESTMENTS was a breeze. No realtor fees, no closing costs, no showings, no inspections. Very easy to work with. I sold as is with no hassles. House needed a great deal of work and updating. ******* was a great guy to deal with and I hope he makes a huge profit when he sells house.
