It was an easy process and a great price for our hurricane sliding door. Install was also fast and clean, done very professionally. Inspection fast and easy. Warranty is also great. New South Window Solutions is the company we will go back to for further project in the future.Review from Alex W

Smooth process from initial contact, to scheduling, to install. We got the best price for the quality of windows out of several quote and their warranty beat all the others easily. I'm excited to share my experience with New South Window Solutions. These guys are great! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! My son recommended them after his experience. We replaced 11 windows and 2 sliding glass doors with their impact resistant windows. The entire process was continuous and flawless. The sales **** **** ******** was informative with the many questions that we had. The install was a two day process because of the amount of windows being replaced. The crew that reported to our home on the day of install were professional, clean and quick. ****** install crew sure know what they are doing! I also communicated several times with ***** and ***** during my payment processes. Both were exceptional in the area of customer service. I absolutely love our new windows that provide us better insulation, protection and outside sound reduction. I would highly recommend any services this company provides.Review from Charlene M

******** and his team were amazing! NSW replaced a wall of Windows, including a slider in our 42 year old Florida room. In addition to installing our beautiful new windows, they had to rebuild sections of the opening. Everything was meticulously completed. They were thorough, professional and efficient. We love our new windows and have been astounded by how much cooler that room is now! Thank you!

They did great work, were polite, Explained all tasks and completed them efficiently. taught up how the windows operated.I have very impressed with their efforts to fully inform us. Second purchase from New South Window Solutions, three bedroom windows.Initial contact with ****** He was on time, clear about features and costs and realistic about how long it would take to complete. The windows were measured by ****** and he was on time, accurate and helpful. The contract installers had a tough job meeting my HOA requirements, but stayed late until the job was done. The worksite was clean and secure when they left. It takes a while for the County (POLK) inspection to be done, but that is on the very busy Polk County inspectors. I want to thank New South Windows for a great job. From start to finish everyone was fantastic. Your installers went above and beyond. I have never seen a group of men work as steady and hard for two days and still be smiling at the end. To say it was a grueling job is an understatement.
