Geno Yauchler - Owner of Florida Water Analysis is such a wonderful person. He was extremely kind and knowledgable, he took an very long time on the telephone to explain and clarify each and every question I had. I was extremely comfortable dealing with him and his company. These days its very hard to find a company that provides quality customer service. I hightly recommended Geno and his company for anyone in need of water purification in the Clermont area. George W. I was very impressed with Tom L. when he came to our home. His knowledge was exceptional and was very professional. He explained and answered all my questions about the reverse osmosis system. After the water analysis was done, it was hard to believe I was drinking the terrible Florida water all this time. I couldn't wait to have the new system installed. The company had a technician in the area, so I was able to have the system installed the same day! It took the tecthnician less than 1 hour to install and test the system. He was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after he completed the job. I am now drinking healthy water. I would incourage anyone living in Florida to get a reverse osmosis system from the Florida Water Analysis Company. They offered me a free water test which let me know what my kids and I are drinking daily. It’s a phenomenal group of people there, from the one’s scheduling the appointments to the technicians who test the water and thoroughly explain what’s in my water. So glad I called. 10/12/2023 Nino arrived on time, smiling, very professional & very informative - explaining each filter in my reverse osmosis system. Service has always been excellent. But we had an issue with our bill. We never received one. When speaking to someone explain the situation we were given nothing but an nasty attitude and horrible customer service. And we're also given zero help or understanding of the problem.Florida Water Analysis Response

Unfortunately this customer couldn't pay for all of the service in full on his equipment back in October of 2021. He did make a partial payment on the day of the service, and made another payment after that. There was still a balance, so after 3 months of non-payment, he was issued a late fee. This has obviously caused him to be upset. We don't like unhappy customers, but we do need to be paid for services rendered. The person in the office has also been reprimanded for handling the billing in a less than 100% professional manor. If we receive the final payment by the end of the month (the customer stated final payment was mailed), we will remove all of the late charges. Hopefully this is satisfactory to him.Florida Water Analysis Response

Update - The FWA employee this review is about is no longer with this company. We will not tolerate poor customer service from anyone here at Florida Water Analysis. We greatly appreciate our customers, and want them to feel like they matter, because they do. Just concluded a service call that was carried out by John W. who is clearly deeply knowledgeable about water systems. My system was installed in the middle of February 2021 and my sales rep was very informative and professional. Jay ******* did not hesitate to answer any questions and made sure I understood what was being installed and how it worked. The techs that came to install were also great. They had a very old system to work with and stayed late to complete along with my sales rep stopping back to check on the progress of the work and make sure things were going smoothly. I highly recommend to anyone needing a new water system inside and out.Florida Water Analysis Response
