If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Alexander & Associates Enterprises, Inc. a.k.a. Alexander Holiday Homes gave me a negative review as a renter. The reason why I know they are the same company is because the address and phone numbers are identical according to their webpage. I inquired about this negative review and after messaging with Alexander Holiday Homes, they messaged me back stating that the reason for the negative review was because I didn't say thank you because they heated the pool for two extra days of my stay. I have proof of all of this on record. I paid them $1786 and this is the level of pettiness that they are on. Additionally, my family and I treated the home as if it was ours. We followed all of the rules outlined in the guidebook, vacuumed, washed and dried the provided towels and wiped the place down prior to the end of our stay. We pulled the garbage can back in after garbage day and straightened all of the pool furniture as well. I have forwarded all of my correspondence with Alexander Holiday Homes and myself to Airbnb and we also have video documentation to show how clean we left the house at the end of our stay. Despite some major concerns we had throughout our stay, we chose to ignore these concerns because we didn't want to ruin our Christmas vacation. The neighborhood did not seem to be all that safe and the neighbors played loud music most of the time that we were there. We had to call the police to have them stop the neighbors from playing the loud music due to them playing it so loud well into the early morning hours, disturbing our sleep. Again, I have proof of everything stated in this review.

As stated in our review we found this client to be very difficult to work with ..despite us providing free pool heating for 4 days and a 50% discount on the remaining stay.

I am exhausted from the back and forth comments and about your negative review of me. If this wasn't important to me and my character, I would not continue to press this matter. Let's just settle this by you providing your proof about me being rude and abrupt because we never had a phone conversation, everything was done by text messaging through ******'s site. I don't know if you have reviewed your **** and ****** reviews because you basically have done this to other customers as well and this is not right to the consumers. The way I left your home (and we have video proof of it being like we found it), you should want to build a relationship with people like me and hope that my husband, kids and myself would want to rent your property again instead of tearing the consumer down with these untrue reviews. Again, provide your proof and I will provide my proof so that the public and ****** can see that what you are saying is untrue and we can finally settle this and put this situation to rest. According to your text message to me through ******'s messaging site, the only reason that you said that I was abrupt and rude was because I didn't say thank you for heating the pool a few extra days, and I have a record of that as well. The reason why you gave me a few extra days was because you had a maintenance problem and according to your ****** and **** reviews, this seems like this is a common occurrence, switching people out. Customers go online and pick the home that they like and then you switch them out, claiming that there is a maintenance problem, and then put them in a home that they didn't like. That's when we negotiated to have the pool heated because you switched the home that we initially wanted to rent. Just so you know, ****** thought that this was a below the belt review of me so they gave me a $100 credit towards another rental and I can provide proof of that as well.
