Si es gratis es gratis.Mi esposo se gano uno de sus viajes igual que los dems comentarios de aqui abajo y lo **** que querian era un pago de $399 en el momento que llamaron. Cuando les dije que estaba revisando sus reviews y todos eran negativos me colgaron ??????

This company is dishonest and customer service is terrible. I had an activated package with them and they were very communicative at that point. Once I called to cancel, I kept getting the run around. It wasn't until the second day, and after talking to approximately 5 people did they finally tell me they would reimburse me. However, only $300 of the $399.99 because they convinetly have a $99.99 cancelation fee. Not too mention, they aren't reimbursing the $8.25 addditoably fee they charge me. The company works through Family Dream Vacations, who are no help either and pretend they do not know how the "Spanish" side of their business works.

This COMPANY VIAJE DE LUJO is a TRUE SCAM. I will also file a complain against the Radio Station , that obvious is getting paid for their advertisement. ACTUALIDAD RADIO ***** located in *****, Fl - So after ***************** SAYING CLEARLY, IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE 10 CALLERS, YOU WIN A TRIP TO *******, BUT THE CATCH IS THAT THEY GIVE THE ***** NUMBER OF VIAJE DE LUJO. After I was connected and a person reads the of three destinations that supposedly have been WON. They ask for a payment of $399. ( Remember the Radio Station ACTUALIDAD RADIO ***** and VIAJE DE LUJO both have said that it's a FREE MULTIPLE PACKAGE WON) I have read multiple reviews here on the BBB website All claiming to be the same ( MOTO OF OPERATION) I immediately hung up , when the person asked me to pay $399, ironically they called me back three (3) times. I blocked their number. STAY AWAY...

DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR THIS COMPANY!!They are a money-hungry scheming company that robs people of their funds! I cannot believe radio stations even allow this fraudulent company to be promoted. They will lie and say you've won a vacation package through the radio station but THAT IS FALSE. Any calls that come in or go out are purely trying to rob you of your money. God forbid you pay the "promotional fee" of $350.00 and you request a refund, they will only refund you partial for their "services." Even if you didn't have any services rendered. STAY AWAY! Do your research and keep yourself protected. Do not trust this or any company like it!!NO TE REGISTRES A ESTA EMPRESA!!Son una empresa intrigante y hambrienta de dinero que roba fondos a la gente! Vacation free but is not free nothing is free. Stay away from viaje de lujo they offer you a $399 vacation package but it has hidden fees they do thru radio stations listeners they tell you you won a vacation package for free but is not free so be aware check on Reddit reviews they are all bad stay away bad business, scam

Don't even know where to start! Got the same Legal Scam like the rest of you all. Long story short my wife and I cancelled the two out of country trips due to the mandatory presentation you need to attend, I have previously been to those and had a very Angry experience. We ended up getting a free hotel stay in ******, As I write this review we are staying in a crappy Hotel in an area where Homeless wonder around, there is no breakfast, no one to attend you, front counter is usually vacant and there is absolutely nothing free about this trip since I ended up paying around $600 in total and not including the $200 deposit I should get back. This was a 7 day stay but we are out of here on our two nights.I think the ************* stations should be ashamed of themselves for been part of this Legal Scam. It's All inclusive B.S.!Karma is Real and you Owner of Viaje de Lujo I hope you give back to the less fortunate and hopefully the Man upstairs forgives you for your not so good deeds.

April 16,2024 at 9:40ish am I was listening to the Radio ( La Buena ***** ) during the show ****************. There was a contest on the radio saying if you know how many stars are in the US Flag you can win a family trip. So we were the ************** told us it would be $399 for tax and additional fees. Its all a ************* I was on the phone with Viaje De Los Lujos representative( *******) & another phone number was calling me while I was on the phone with the representative. And it was the same number I was on the call with. I answered and another guy answered saying if I was ********************* played along and said yes I had won tickets to **************** and they were continuing talking about the prize . So there are multiple winners youre not the only one falling for the scam. I hear a lot of talking in the background as well when I was on the call. Theyre probably calling lots of people to scam and saying they are winners for a family trip. I dont know how a radio station so popular allow this to happen. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH! READ ON Reddit, ***************************** comments. Theres NOT one good review on the company Viaje De Lujos ES EN FRAUDE!!! Im about to find out if Viaje de Lujo is a scam.My wife was also listening to the radio El Pio**n when she won this pckg w Viaje de Lujo. We paid the $399 no problem bc theres always a catch but we thought that was it.. so I thought!We called sometime in Jan/feb to see what we had to do. We wanted to go to ****** with our 2 kids and have some family join us. So we called to see what ************** were available so we can book our flights and get things going. We were told that they couldnt give us info until we knew exactly when we were going, so ok we started looking at flights around the time we were planning to go and booked them. We called this morning to let them know and we were told that we had to wait until 45 days prior from when we plan on going to check what is available. I told them i already have the flights, why would I have to wait. Well they wouldnt give me the number for me to call the person who could tell me what was available (if anything) for the days I booked my flight. Later today they called my wife and asked her if we ever been to a timeshare meeting which she replied yes and she was told that we didnt qualify for this package anymore but we could choose other locations like **********. I was like WHAT!!! we already booked flights to ****** and we have other members of our family waiting on us to know where we r staying & now after they told us we first had to decide what days we are going, after I booked the flights Im told we dont qualify for the package that we won on the radio, that we were told we only had to pay $399, and now because I went to a timeshare presentation in the past I dont qualify.Theyre supposed to get back to us on Monday to see what the outcome is. At this point because I already booked the flights Im demanding they honor what they offered us as a price winner for being call #7. Well let you know
