Not a great place to take your vehicle. Any 5-star reviews on here is a fake. They are a tow company that doubles as a repair shop and treat all their customers with the same hostility they treat those whose vehicles they have impounded. I broke down less than a mile from this location. I knew my truck needed an air compressor. I first asked for a tow to their shop. I was told that it would be cheaper and faster to do a service call. 30 minutes after the tech showed up, he informed me that I needed a tow. However, they would charge me for the service call in addition to the tow + the shop service. No consideration for the fact that they are doing it all. That is beside the point. The office individuals are very rude when speaking to you. The shop manage never wants to speak to customers. The office always says he will call back, but I never got a call in 4 days. I was held up in a hotel and had to decide each morning by 11am if I had to extend my stay or leave. They made it very difficult to get the simplest info. At one point, the service manager told me that I need to be "more appreciative" that they are even working on my truck. He implied, do not call, I will call you (which he NEVER did). On the 4th day, I called at 10:30 am to have them pick me up from the hotel. I was told someone would be there as soon as they can. By 12:30, I call again to remind them. By 4:30, dreading another confrontation, I called again. I explained I have been waiting since 10:30. They close at 5. The lady told me "We are a truck service, not a taxi service" and if I needed to get there, I should call for a taxi (they claim to offer curtesy transport). I took a cab and got there, after they close, with one guy waiting for me, and received a bill of $4,807.00 for replacing an air compressor. Rates are extremely expensive, and service is extremely poor.

Greedy underhanded people they towe vechals for lake county sheriff they take them to the other side of the county so it is difficult to get them a ND then keep them. And charge a lot of money even when you are a victim. They dont care single parent or disabled they don't care they o ly want over charge everyone. was and they towed it over an hour away this is part of theyr scam. They are probubly swapping parts out now. I ll bet if you call them they have plent of used parts they swap from the victims. E vil greedy under handed. I recommend not to do business the truck shop, more like price gouge everyone, call. Lake county up and complain, they towe victims cars to the other side of the county and charge a fortune. They are probobly change parts right now I ll bet you I will be replacing the parts they swamped. They charged me a fortune. I could not get out there they are so far away and closed on the weekend but still charging me though. I had to borrow hundreds of dollars to pay these haters. I won't be able to help feed the homeless for a while.
