When I made the reservation the site specifically asked what type of accommodations we preferred, i.e. king size bed, bathtub, refrigerator and microwave, all of which I selected.
We, my husband and I, checked in and went to our room. It was dirty and the furniture was dilapidated and it had none of the features requested. The front desk told us that they had no rooms with those accommodations.
At that point we requested a refund. The man at the desk told we could get one from the online reservation company. I called all the numbers given in the receipt to no avail. We went on to another hotel.
Since then I was finally able to contact Alliance by phone on January 25, 2022. They have been fairly unhelpful asking me to contact the hotel to get them to give me a refund. Unfortunately in Alliance's email they listed a non-working number for the hotel. I found a number online for the hotel and called them again this morning, February 1, 2022. They, in turn, told me they would not give me a refund but that the online company, Alliance, had to provide it.
I contacted Alliance by email today and told them the hotel would not give me a refund. Then I said I was going to contact you.
My complaint is against both Alliance and ******* hotels, neither of which will work with me.
I can provide all pertinent emails if necessary.

Our customer service team has reached out this guest and issued a full refund. Additionally we have contacted the financial institutions involved to ensure they expedite the return of funds.
The customer has acknowledged receipt of our email where we explain this and we are assuming this issue has been resolved. If it hasn't please reach back out to us directly so we can make it right.
