STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Unprofessional. Huge small world bus decided to drive down a-narrow, one-way, low weight bearing , residential beach neighborhood culdesac on Fourth of July. Huge bus Drove straight across my property, hitting pilings . Smashing rocks and lawn . huge tires sitting in storm drain , my pilings laying on street . Neibors& guest , all had to leave fireworks as they started and walk back , to move their cars. . the bus damaged my property. Owner has refused to send landscape company to repair. Very rude. Hung up on me . after a week passed I explained it’s still left unsafe, he will not call a local landscape company to repair . I would never recommend anyone getting on a bus they own , seemingly , incompetent driver , parked in lot with no permission, damaged property, just missing parked vehicles. God forbid someone gets physically hurt on a trip with them . owner is not appearing , kind , approachable , responsible for, or responsive to correct incidents, damages . Stated the driver will pay out of her check because she used poor judgement & did the damage . But I have to call get quotes , arrange and pay for work done to repair property , as it was before this accident, and trust him , the owner , to get the funds from his driver, and reimburse my bill, by mail AFTER I pay for it. ? He refused to send someone to simply put my property as it was .hung up the phone on me shouting . It’s been very VERY stressful. We all missed the holiday. My land is still not repaired.

We had booked the tour to Barbara Lee cruise it was set by Small world tours busses
Paid $190 in advance for two tickets unfortunately we came down with Covid. As soon as figure out that we should not put anyone in danger of caching this awful contagious virus we let everyone know that was it charged.
I even talked to one person from small world and they said sorry no refunds because they have vendors that need to taken care of first.
What a great business slogan to be know for " Vendors before customers"
We did take the PCR test and it was positive but it did not mean anything to them.
Will never use or recommend this tour buss to anyone.
