      I just read the reviews. I wish I had read them before I signed up for the course. I signed up because it was the cheapest listed. When I tried to sign up I found out the course that was $15 was now $25 and you could not refuse the extra fee. It would not let you check out without excepting the extra fee. They also tried to get you to sign up for many extras that would help make the course go smoothly.I signed up and quickly found out that this was a scam. The materials were rigged in a way that if you didn't have a photographic memory you couldn't pass. It was filled with numbers for everything pertaining to Driving. Way too much to be able to retain. Plus they kept going back and forth with the years 2012, 1960, 1978, 2013, and 2018. Every time they would state a year they would also give numbers, such as 345 injuries and 79 deaths in 50 states. Also 203 injuries and 22 deaths in Florida making Florida number 2 in the nation. I made those numbers up. I was a teacher for 43 years and failed the first quiz three times with a 70. They did not give any feedback. So when you retake the quiz you had to stick with your guns because otherwise you would be guessing on everything. All three quizzes came back with a 70. In order to move on you must score a 100. Without feedback it was impossible. I tried three times. They locked me out and told me I had to reregister and pay again. I tried to go to customer ********************** but after an hour I hung up.I proceeded to *************************************** Administration's course. I passed the first time. All quizzes were graded and reviewed. My lowest score was a 70. I reviewed the missed questions and scored a 90 on the test. First time. I was allowed to take it as many times as I ******** was a good experience. You guys on the other hand should be put out of business. With all these bad reviews and nothing changing, Better Business Bureau should shut you down.

      We are sorry to hear that the course content and format did not meet your expectations.       I was locked out of my account for answering a question incorrectly so I clicked on the chat option and was immediately helped. My account was unlocked while we were still chatting. I was helped during business hours, not sure how service is after hours.

      I wish I could leave a 0 if it was possible. I have been contacting support for the last 3 days and they keep sending they would send my ******** Law certificate and they never have. I've been waiting a week for my certificate. It was promised to be delivered in 1 - 2 days to my email. I missed 3 appointments because of this.

      Horrible service. My account is locked for failing to correctly answer a security question. Worse is I have been on hold for over an hour waiting for a representative to answer the phone to help. I have emailed twice with no response. I am almost done with my 5hrs and I cant get to the end because of a lock for failing a security question????Its hours into this course, could we be tired and select the wrong answer for your security question??!! Perhaps, but YOU MUST FIND A BETTER WAY TO ASSIST THAN CONTINUE TELLING US FOR HOURS THAT OUR WAIT TIME WILL BE OVER 10mins WHENNIT IS TRULY OVER AN HOUR.Horrible, terrible service and company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

      This is the worst driving website ever. I'll say I've never made a review anywhere before but today seems significant to make one. How could a website provide outdated contact info? It's extremely unprofessional that I, as a customer, try to reach out for help and neither the live chat, phone number, or email is available for use. Meaning that it is either disconnected or was simply abandoned. I didn't have any knowledge of this until now. Which was after I did a deep diving and stumbled on this and made a review. My main concern with the website was the security questions asking me about personal info that I knew the answer to but still marked it wrong and kicked me out of the course for 24 hours. So my first instinct was to contact customer ********************** because they want to make my experience the best. But instead i got ignored by text and email and the phone number wouldn't work properly since it was disconnected. I'm disgusted by the manner your company handles customer **********************. I assure you that I'll try my best to warn anyone and everyone about this horrible scam that's being run by your business and I will be receiving a refund immediately. This is a shameful and embarrassing reputation built behind your business. I hope that it gets sued by every individual who has regretfully purchased this scam. Don't bother replying I just wanted to inform the rest of the people who are not victims to not think, not even the slightest on purchasing anything from here it'll be a waste of time, money, and respect. Please stick to a better website that has over 3 stars rating and if I could I would give this website a -1 million star rating. But it's too behind to do anything. It can't even function without glitching. How seriously pathetic. Whoever works for this company still should quit. You'll be doing everyone a favor by letting this website fade away from the internet.

      Regarding the security questions, these are based on the answers you initially selected when starting the course. If the original answers were incorrect, subsequent attempts would unfortunately mark different answers as wrong. This can understandably be confusing, and we are sorry that it affected your progress.

      As for your communication with our support team, we received your email on Tuesday at 7:12 PM, and a response was sent on Wednesday at 11:33 AM, which is within our typical 24-hour window for email responses. Additionally, our customer ********************** hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If you attempted to reach us outside of those times, we would have been unavailable to respond.

      This has turned into a scam operation-it was not operated this way when I took the course three years ago. Questions are worded ambiguously to set up traps with which they block you from the course unless you re-register AND PAY THE FULL FEE AGAIN-re-registration is mentioned in the small print but NOT the repeat fee! In addition, they are charging users $8 for the *** processing fee which is actually only $5. When I thought I could call them I was put on an unreasonable hold-and when I tried to call on the weekend they never picked up. I called the *** *** in ****** and urged them to remove this company from their approved list-it fell on deaf ears
