              I booked a hotel for New York City for August 20th this company sold me a hotel that was closed they agreed to place me in another hotel when I arrived in New York City they could not find the reservation I called numerous times to no avail I had to pay for the hotel out-of-pocket which was a big inconvenience I called my bank institution and they refunded me the money pending a resolution again they took the money back I sent all the documents and the company did not give me my refund I did not receive the services yet they kept my money which is absolutely not fair and not ethical I want my refund she had stated, exactly

              We had a cruise that was canceled 2 years do to covid.They called us about rebooking for rebooking we was suppose to recover 750 on board credit.We have the documents to prove it .We received the documents in July last year.We we're short 300 after numerous calls on our cruise no one called us back after 🦜 ng to 4 agents for hours.the finale word they wasn't good ving us the money cause it was a mistake.The problem no one told us the That it was a mistake .They only sent the one document.Im furious hours of our cruise spent on talking to these people and no me would call back.Plus we never received the 300 we was promised
