I have used this company for many years and have always received excellent service. This last time I had a roof leak and we had to take off almost all of my 16 panels. They helped me coordinate with the roof repair team. ******* worked through the rain and sometimes very windy conditions to get the job done. Pleasent, professional and friendly service. They will continue to get my business and I refer other neighbors to use them as well. Also, a thanks to ******** who helped schedule and communicate updates on the scheduling and coordinating with the roof repair warranty information. Great team effort!!!

After speaking with five local solar companies, we decided to go with IQ Solar for installing solar panels. Our rep, Austin was great at explaining our options and what to expect throughout the entire process. His communication was top notch and his knowledge about their products was incredibly helpful. Once the installation process started, Priscilla in their office is one of the most amazing people I have ever worked with. Her professionalism, friendliness, and followup are second to none! Everyone at this company was great to work with from the initial sale, through to the install guys and their IT team when we ran into issues with getting things flowing. Everything did not go perfectly smooth and yes, there were some bumps in the road (to be expected and was out of everyone's control), however this company helped out and resolved every issue and did so with compassion and professionalism. We highly recommend IQ Solar to anyone looking to substantially lower your electric bill. ****Going with solar in FL means you WILL NOT be fully 'off the grid' and if the power goes out, you will be without as well (unless you buy the batteries). That was one thing Austin reiterated to us from the beginning. After reading reviews of all the other companies we spoke with, this was one thing that seemed to be misunderstood, so maybe not mentioned in the initial conversations?! Ask questions and know what you are signing up for! With IQ Solar, you won't be disappointed!

I decided to go with IQ Power for my solar needs and I do not regret it. Everything from the start to the end went smoothly. My power bill is about $38 a month and most of that is the power company fees. Kristina, the service manager, is super helpful and whenever I want service or have a question, she's always happy to assist. I've had no issues with my system and even got my first annual for free! Very pleased. Thank you IQ Power & your wonderful team. Would definitely recommend.

IQ Power went above and beyond to help with our solar after having our roof replaced. From Kristina ******** (service manager who answered numerous phone calls and helped deal with the roofers); Orlando (removal of the solar panels) and Jeremy (reinstall and repairs that were needed due to the roofers). IQ Power gave us a great deal and we think we will be happy in the long run. However, we had some issues with their lack of communication between departments, mostly scheduling. Their installation was awesome. The company that they use for financing was not so great, but, we did finally, after multiple calls get everything straightened out. If it weren't for Priscilla at IQ, we would have been very upset during the whole process. She had our back and is a very good communicator and problem solver. We would definitely recommend IQ Power to anyone interested in solar for their home.

We needed a new roof per our home insurance. We also wanted solar. 2021 we contacted IP solar and they found a roofing company, ***** *******. This was a horrible expedience. The roofers, ***** ******* (which we cannot reach) did a horrible job and we have leaks (which we never had leaks in the 20 year old roof). We recently had another roofing company come out and advise us it would be around $2000 to repair just the garage roof as some of the ridge is coming off and many nails are showing. Also the solar panels and vents leaks which was put in incorrectly as they are not sealed. IQ power has contacted us and the last advice we received was "The video shows the fan is working therefore there is nothing to repair. You said rain was getting in thru the slots on the side of the vent – the slots are a part of the fan and I’m not sure how to prevent water from falling into those slots so I submitted to upper management for review." This just started to leak and so I'm not sure why they can't help as we had rain since 2021. Oh and IQ power will charge us $300 just to come and look at it too. We are not happy with IQ Power. There are better solar companies. We have had many more issues that I don't have enough characters to go on. 1. don't use the roofing company they use, house had to be repainted and nails and shingles are loose 2. leaks after 2 years, roof and solar 3. hard to reach by phone - both solar and nonexistent roofing company. 4. nickel and dime you to have someone come and check equipment. 5. didn't tell you about squirrels living under solar panels and to have a barrier put around the solar panels - additional $5,000 more for this. 6. solar panels didn't function for a few months as no follow through on process

We often refer business to reputable, long-standing licensed companies for business that we don’t transact, such as roofing. Mecca is one of those companies and has several phone numbers to reach. I’m sure if you reach them they will resolve your issues. Yet, your complaints with Mecca are with them as we are an unaffiliated company. You also stated that your solar panels leaked and were not sealed. There has never been evidence or a complaint of this. The only issue you have contacted us for was for an attic fan due to water blowing in from the side vents. We informed you we would inspect this for you, however, if there was no damage due to installation, you would incur a service charge. Unfortunately, there are fees for our services and especially after two years’ time. As for squirrels, this is the first we’ve heard of this. I’ve had solar on my roof for over 10 years without a squirrel problem. We have been in business for 15 years for a reason, as we are not “nonexistent” as you state.

Purchased close to a 100K system. System designed and installed is inadequate as I receive $300 plus power bills. They seldom answer the phone. Was sold a battery back system to Powet my whole house. It won’t even run 1 AC. Have tried more than 50 times to contact the owner over the last 6 weeks. He has never returned a single call. Would like to resolve amicably, however, there doesn’t seem to be any interest on the behalf of the business to do that. Very unhappy I sent in a repair request almost a week ago via their website which is their preferred method. Never received so much as a call back. Buyer beware. They are leaving little room for resolution I will likely pursue legally.

We have spoken with Mr. ****** and are trying to help to find answers for his additional power usage that is resulting in a higher bill. We have scheduled a service call and will follow up with our findings.
