When advising our leasing agent that we would be terminating our lease early, we had a couple of questions for them. We started discussion of the process then did not hear back for months. Finally our property manager did get back to us but had not addressed any of our concerns. I attempted to call her to discuss as email communication can be tedious unproductive at times and she would never answer my calls or return messages. We did not agree with being held responsible for a re-rental fee as we had been long time tenants and had saved the owner the fee multiple times. We were attempting to have the property management reach out to owners to discuss this fact and we didn't hear back from our manager. After the constant lack of communication, I reached out to the business's owner/manager. He had no problem with his agent's lack of response in our situation and would not even apologize for any confusion caused on their side. Just after a month of vacating the premises, we received a very confusing letter telling us both that we would be getting a refund and informing us that we owed them money. This letter is a good representation of the level of service we received with this company. Confusing and frustrating. For your general knowledge, we paid rent on time every month for the nearly 5 years we lived there. Cared for the place as if it was our own and we left the apartment in great condition.
