      Superior Services of Central Florida is the worst company I have delt with for pest control! First off they don't even deserve one star! We signed up on May 18th, moved into this new house May 11th. We have had them at our house for 4 times and I have killed at least 3 or 4 bugs or spiders a DAY still! I had one on my back IN THE SHOWER today! We call them back again on June 29th and it will be July 6th before they can come to spray! We paid $600 annual. They are not doing a proper job and we wanted to cancel, but they said we signed a contract. The paper we received looks like a receipt, instead of a contract. We need help to cancel and refund our money so we can find a company that knows what they are doing!

      I called Superior a few weeks ago to ask that my Oleander bushes be treated for destructive caterpillars. The response: No service is available for over a week. When Superior's agent showed up on 26 Sept, it was only for routine lawn/yard care. He treated the lawn but not the bushes. I caught him before he drove off and asked him to treat the bushes. If he treated the bushes. As of today, Oct 3, the worms are alive and well, feasting. My call to 'Superior" this morning received the response: 'We can't treat the bushes for another 2-3 weeks as we might harm the lawn......' By then there won't be any bushes left. I'll treat the worms myself. Two recommendations: 1. For me: Change pest control company. 2. For Superior: Consider a name change eg, "Inferior".

      We have reached out to our client and discussed his concerns. Client has treated his own shrubs in question at this time. We have documented our clients concerns and will inspect and treat as needed on our next visit. Client was thankful I called to address his concerns. Thank you for the opportunity to better serve our client.

      Beware of this business! They NEVER answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail and they will call you back ( maybe ) when its convenient for them and AFTER they hear what the call is about. A manager was suppose to call me back but that was two weeks ago and still no call. I started this lawn service six months ago and my lawn still looks terrible. My neighbor has the same service and their lawn is even worse than mine! I made a huge mistake by paying in advance. The woman that handles the questions about contracts was quite rude and disconcerning. She said if I stop the service that there would be NO refund of any amount. Folks, READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY!! They want you to pay in advance and then they gotcha regardless of how poor the service is. Leonard S. AKA.....very unhappy customer.

      On January 12, 2021 Mr ***** signed up for an annual program which includes Pest Control for the home, Lawn and Shrub service. When the services were started in the middle of winter when all lawns are dormant, it's hard to identify how his lawn would recover from dormancy. We provided weed control each month and in March we were able to apply the first dose of granular fertilizer. We are quite pleased with how the lawn is responding. With the appropriate amount of water applied to the lawn, coupled with the products and materials that we are applying, I expect great success for this lawn. Our agreement states that favorable results may take 4-6 months, and sometimes longer based on the condition of the lawn at the time we took it over. Our services are unlimited and free of charge during the time the agreement is in effect. We ask for a one year commitment from our clients because all wounds take time to heal. This lawn has only improved since the day that we took over. We stand ready to serve for the remainder of our written agreement and into the future. Our lawn supervisor visited Mr ***** on June 4, 2021 to document the progression and new growth in the lawn. Unfortunately granular herbicide is "non-selective" and will enhance all root growth, weeds and grass. Then we apply a herbicide to kill weeds and not the grass. That's why our agreement states that we apply Limited Weed Control. My hope is that we can work side by side with Mr ***** and give him the expectation that he is looking for. We are diligent in our effort. Thank you in advance for your time with this matter.

      Thank you for your comment. I have pictures as of the end or April that shows how bad the lawn was looking. It is looking better now only because of the rainy season is here and I hired another company to attend to the lawn. I strongly regret paying in advance as the contract is setup for the benefit of Superior Services with an ironclad grip on the customers money. Whether or not the customer is happy is not relevant because the bottom line is Superior Services has the money......period. I have read other negative reviews that asked for a refund for the remaining months that the company quickly denied.

      Proper irrigation is paramount to the success of our program which has worked for over 27 years. There are elements out of our control to aid in the success of our program. Many folks don't enjoy paying the cost to properly water their lawns, however, when the lawn struggles due to improper watering habits, the company that services the lawn takes the blame. We look forward to the rainy season as well. We stand ready to serve out our one year commitment. We are also willing to convert the lawn and shrub program to another service which may be more appealing to Mr *****.

      Proper irrigation is NOT the problem here.I have spoken to other irrigation/lawn companies and they agree I am watering properly. My high water bill can attest to that. I have read and researched lawn care/irrigation to the point I could write a book. What is paramount to ME is that I receive quality service and results that I paid eleven hundred dollars for. ( $1,100 )! Just this week I found a huge grub worm in my front yard and I paid for that service as well to eradicate lawn pests.The lawn technician is a fine young man and does what he is trained to do but the manager that Superior sent out only intensified my frustration and despair with his senseless analogies and his " I'm right and you are wrong " attitude. The other services you mentioned is not an option as I only wanted and needed the services that I paid for in the first place .Three days after signing the contract Superior Services has the money for better or worse and will not refund any portion of it I think because it will set a precedent that they do not want to honor. The words " Customer Satisfaction " does not exist in their company creed.I hope this enlightens potential customers on what to expect if they are considering their services. My intention is not to browbeat this company but only to help people not make the same unfortunate mistake that I so blindly made. I will add my experiences and opinions of this company to other review sites.
