I can see why this business is not accredited. What a fraud. Ordered 4 luggage tags for engraving on November 30, 2022. I have confirmation order number in my computer. Well here it is December 27 and nothing. I have emailed once and called on four different occasions. I was 'assured' that the tags would get to me in time for the holiday. Evidentally, I had ordered an item that was not in their inventory, and they had to special order from another vendor. Plausible, but the run around I got from the sales clerks and manager was pretty insulting. DO NOT PURCHASE from this business, they will screw you. There is no accountability.Review from Barbara M

In October of 2021, I ordered four monogrammed golf shoe bags from the Monogram Merchant. One out of the four had a torn zipper. I told at least three of the ladies who work there about it and they told me they'd send me a replacement shoe bag and not to send back the torn one. They never honored their word. In fact, they will not respond to any email or phone call I send to them. My last call told them that my husband would be down in the Orlando area and if they wanted to save the shipping cost of the shoe bag, he would pick it up. No response. Clearly, not a trustworthy bunch of folks and a business to stay away from.
