            They move me into my new place and they destroyed my kitchen table, damaged my backboard for my king-size bed, they scratched all of my living room furniture, they scratch my sons furniture. The movers said that the owner Charles ****** was going to send someone to fix or replace our items. 3 months later I received a check for $190.00. What an insult to injury. I am still wondering how he knew how much my items weight since he paid me .60 per pound. I am going after them. If you have used them and had a similar experience.             I am sorry that you had any issues on your move. I would like to point out that you were informed in writing what the limits of liability were and how you could purchase additional insurance if wanted, via email in your quote on 8/25/21 at 4:25 PM and 8/31/21 4:27 PM and again in booked move confirmations on 9/2/21 4:43 PM, and 10/5/21 12:59 PM. You were again informed of the limited liability on the day of the move in writing in your moving contract/bill of lading Signed on 10/15/2021 at 2:24:00 PM, I just looked again at the claim form and only found 1 item was listed from the living room which was the coffee table not ALL living room items as you now say. The movers also pointed out that the kitchen table (listed as dining table on the claim form) was already shaky before we moved it and yes it did get worse. I am sorry if you feel the need to pursue this matter further but I will remind you that a claim offer was made to you for $190 for full payment of claim and you have already cashed the check.

            I am sorry you had any issues with your move. I would like to point out that you were informed in writing in advance 4 times about the limits of liability and how you could purchase additional insurance if you wanted, in writing via 2 quotes and 2 booked move confirmations. Again on move day you were informed in writing on the moving contract you signed about the limits of liability. On the claim form, I only found 1 item claimed was damaged from the living room not ALL as you now say. The movers did point out in advance that the kitchen table was already shaky. Yes it did get worse during the move. I am sorry that you see the need to pursue a matter further that has already been settled. We did offer you $190 as full payment for the damages you claimed. You have already cashed the check and received the funds.
