Never been so disgusted by a lender company before. Was working with this lender due to my realtor Jacobs suggestion. We were closing on a house and Noelle was doing her thing to make the loan happen. Noelle had stated that when she contacted my work that they were stating I made less than I said. Being that I work for the government I let her know that my salary is public record. In the end Noelle kept throwing out suggestions on how to get the loan to still work in order to get a house. At first, she wanted me to get renters in the house I currently lived in, in order to seem I was making more money. What crossed the line was when Noelle R**** went behind my back and called my fiancé (who is not on my loan) to discuss my loan. I asked her what gives her the right to call someone else about my personal information and she stated it was because my realtor told her to. My realtor has no authorization on my finances nor does my fiancé. I am lucky my fiancé did not pick up because I have no idea what private information Noelle was willing to give out without my consent. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, she said that he was going to call back which the manager never did. I just don't understand how Noelle wouldn't even think to call me first to see if it was ok to share my information. Even though I told my realtor and Noelle how I did not want my fiancé on my loan.
