We ***d Nobility and Prestige homes, no attorney, AND WON !!! We didnt *** for the incompetent or incomplete work, or the scratch and dent upgraded stainless steel appliances we received. No, we ***d for BLACKMAIL, elder abuse, undo emotional distress, going as far as to promise us our requested documents as soon as we Changed our negative review on ******. We complied, they did not. We started by putting in a claim against their bond. If not for that I dont believe we have been paid. They were already past their pmt date. Then we went through small claims in ***********. First we all met for arbitration. That went nowhere. We tried to resolve it between ourselves however, theyre resolution was only to send someone to put a bandage on things and wash theyre hands of us. He was not willing to address the aggregist way we were treated during Hurricane ***. I wont get into it. The judgment speaks for itself. Not only did they disrespect us, but they also disrespected our judicial system by not showing up for the lawsuit. After 30 days of no payment I contacted his *********************. They told me he claimed not to know anything about the law suit. Knowing that was not true, they paid the claim. Its easy for ******************************* Homes sit in their Ivory towers and say whatever they want. Try asking for proof.There is a good reason they skipped court not to have to release those documents.

They are AWFUL! Single mom and now stuck with a home that is three years old and a pile of issues that the company would not stand by the warranty and fix. They should be shut down and forced to repair every single issue for every customer free of charge to customer and expedited time! Of course reality every one of us is out of luck and left with a low built home that will not last half the time it should without becoming a money pit. Its sad and shameful.

Nobility along with Prestige Homes has to be one of the worst home builders in the ** area. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, and a general don't care about you attitude is what they are. Take your money and ignore you after is their business model and they get away with it. I have ceiling joints that show, cracked shower walls in both bathrooms, and numerous other is***s and there's nothing I can do about it as they blame everyone but themselves and basically tell you too bad *** us.

They are a rippoff, they will scam you to the last penny, if the lawyer wouldn’t get all my money I would sue the shit out of them, don’t by nothing from prestige or nobility you will get screwed

I been put off now for 10 months for home repairs. Brennen does not know how to manage his work crews. Smoke detector still go off when ac unit come on and off.

This is a horrible company. They are nothing but a bunch of liars. We bought a home in February 2023. Sooo much stuff is wrong. They fixed a few things but we are still waiting on a lot to be fixed. I don't understand how they can sell garbage. I am embarrassed to have people in my home. Right off the jump you can see we have 6 holes in the side of the cabinet. They have been plugged but that's what makes them stand out. It's an eyesore. I have talked to an employee who said they would NEVER buy anything made from nobility. He said they are a quantity NOT quality company. They use prisoners to put together the houses. They are just biding time and don't care if they are doing it right. I feel sorry for all of us who were fooled by this company. Save yourself, don't buy a nobility home!!!!!! I had to leave a one star rating, but believe me, I wanted to leave a zero!!!

Sold me a beautiful home but unfinished half the electricity isn't working the punch list has not been started and its been more than four months.

I will never buy or recommend a Nobility home, terrible workmanship and installed wrong color kitchen cabinets. It truly is disgusting.

This company should not be in business. Once they make that sale it's all downhill for you! You will never get what you paid for. The workmanship is horrendous. Repairs never get done. We had a 12 foot driveway and a beautiful lot when we bought and contracted Prestige to deliver our new home. Prestige placed the home on top of our driveway which left us only a few feet left. We had no yard as they destroyed it with piles of dirt and shells. We had no water or power until WE the homeowner had to dig into 3 feet of heavy shells. Prestige could care less once they get your money. They do not respond to demands from lawyers . After we got our c/o we walked into our home which was covered with drywall dust, plastic., appliances sticking out from walls, hooking up our own dishwasher , stove , water etc Fixing shower doors , doors etc . No walk through as written contract . We the owner had to do there job. Worst experience ever!!!
