      Today,09/13/2024 I going to Publix in ************************************************,is closed to my home,Im customer for this ********************** for almost 16 years and today have one employee is name Pati have bed attitude for me,I waiting in line for pay my staff and I talk to someone in my phone and this lady putting his finger in his lips and told me to stop talking she said I talk to laugh,this not right she dont have to tall me wasnt I have to do,she have to change anything I have and done,I tall her you supposed taller me Im sore apologies,she very stupid,I tell her you not supposed work to public person you have to going to training to working in this place,better you company take solutions for this lady for no future problems for you company,thank you so much,I hope you company have to tell the manager ******* very nice and professional person to talk to her.

      Don't hire people if they don't like others or they can't help the customers with their needs. I won't be shopping at your LLC or corporation no more. I didn't like to be told be step out line because asking how to change or update my number. I had my three girls with me plus I couldn't still figure it out. So I left with no groceries. We make y'all profits and keep y'all in business.

      This company should be ashamed of the price gouging you do for your customers! You charge way more for items I find in other stores. My cigarette brand is $5 dollars more for a pack at your store! A box of ******* redenbachers natural lightly salted popcorn, for a box with 6 bags, is the price of a 12 bag box, at *******. Your prices on everything is just plain robbery! Even an employee told me, that he doesn't know where all the money goes, because you sure don't pay them much! Your stores are the epitome of corporate greed, and padding billionaires pockets! Again shame on you, and I will tell everyone I know, to not shop at your stores.

      My name is ***** and I shop occasionally at publix. With in the last 18 plus month's prices have gone up quite significantly in your places of business. Slowly but surely over the last 18 mo months I shop less and less at your establishment. Before Covid19 the price of a loaf of 5 grain bread about 12 to 14 inches long coast about $ 2.29 to #2.49 per loaf. Today the loaf is smaller about 10 inches or so and prices at $ 3.89 that's a $1.40 more which totals a percentage of 64 percent within less than 2 years. That's just 1 example of hundreds, records show a 40 percent increase in profits. If that's not price gouging I don't know what is. I have a large family and many many friends and the majority of them feel the same. I know wedges and cost of goods went up but CORPERATE GREED ??? I don't have enough time that phenomenon... I bet dimes to donuts whe your company lays off its from the bottom to maybe lower management. I will keep doing what I've been doing and spread the word about your company greed...Your Welcome *****

      The Publix employees of the ************************************************************, always shootdown the Western Union at 9pm eventhoug the store hours is until 10pm. They just say "The systrm its down" I know they are lying and I spoke with the manager once and tell him Why yoi just put a sign on the wall that says "Ee only do Western Union transaction untill 9pm"Don't understand why they just close the ****** Union system at 9pm withhout any advice

      Great place to shop! Lots of locations in *************, the stores are roomy, very clean, well lighted and highly organized. Great prices if you buy items that are on sale. Only suggestion I would have is to standardize all stores, so all departments/items are in the same relative locations.

      Publix used to be "where shopping is a pleasure" and now it is where I feel robbed by lack of quality, customer service, not honoring advertised at the shelf buy one get one "deals" when checking out at the register. My local Publix, and I am assuming many others, have not stopped raising prices the last four years and it seems to be going up weekly; even on popular items I know sell out and have low costs; for example my local store just raised the popcorn chicken price. This product sells at high volumes and is low cost to make, yet they are milking it more. I have had several quality issues from poor unsanitary careless packaging (raw meats mainly) and have seen expired by days items still on shelves. I've even bought some by mistake assuming that the store kept up with it's own products. The fact that they advertise "buy one get one" at the shelf, then charge full price at the register is absolute deceptive stealing. I have made the mistake of missing the fine print of some of the deals, but there are times they flat out do not honor them. Ultimately though there should never be "fine print" on those deals because it is clearly a tactic to make customers mistake the offer/deal and unknowingly pay more. I have had random conversations with well seasoned employees who are not management and been with Publix for 15+ years and very few of them are happy with their upper management in store and beyond. A company that once prided itself on taking care of it's employees and customer service now could care less about anyone but their own upper echelon and how much they can pry from outside wallets.

Many other metrics go into our pricing besides ingredients, material, printing, production, and warehouse labor. The stores location, associated operating costs, and competitive environment are also major factors. We desire to always provide the best overall value for our customers by offering competitive prices, a wide range of items, high-quality products, a clean shopping environment, and friendly and knowledgeable associates.****************************** feedback is crucial to us as it helps us better understand our customers' needs and concerns.       I made a order through instacart from Publix deli I order 3 foot longs chicken tender subs and a half chicken tender sub waited for about 2 hours for the delivery for our sandwichs to be horrible I thought when you pick the topping you want on your sandwich you get not from Publix who ever fixed our subs put whatever topping they wanted on our sandwich and that is wrong I paid almost $50 dollars to get subs that was not even made correctly my kids was waiting 2 hours on their subs for them to arrive horribly made they need to follow directions what if one of us was allergic to the topping they decided to put on our subs that we did not choose
