              Servpro's Haines city office was supposed to do clean out my kitchen cabinets and then do a deep clean of my house. The reason this was needed was to prepare the home for my pest control to bait the rooms to attempt to get a pest infestation under control. The instructions were for the person handling the job to call a friend who would meet them at the home. When Servpro did not arrive within the 2 1/2 hour window promised my friend called to find out why they did not come. The excuse she got was he stopped by at the address he was given and it was the wrong address. He never even tried to call my friend as was supposed to be in the instructions. I tried to call the Haines City to find out why instructions were not followed, they never picked up the phone. I called the national headquarters to seek help. After multiple times trying to get the Haines City office answer, they said they would try to find another franchise. I asked to talk with the complaint department. They hung up on me.
