Stay away from this Dental Office, especially if you are paying out of pocket with no or little dental insurance. Much like an experience I had 6 years ago with Aspen Dental, this outfit is a cookie cutter dental office that rotates Dentists and people around multiple different locations so no continuity of establishing a familiarity with your provider. The Ocala facility is a nice location. When you walk in, you can tell that they are a rip off organization because there are no restrooms in the waiting room and at least 4-5 ladies working billing and phones trying to generate $$$. I had X-rays and then saw their on call Dentist of the day who informed me I had a broken crown molar and the molar beside it was abscessed so needed to be removed and a 2-tooth bridge made. Possibly a root canal when they extract the 2nd molar. Also said I needed one more crown and maybe two to three small fillings. For this 4-8 hours of total time over 2-3 visits, these Mafia Folks quoted $11200 discounting $1200 like they were doing me a favor for a total quote of $10k. Ive never witnessed a business to be so bold to attempt a 700% to 1000% profit theft for their time. Its the biggest clown show business Ive witnessed as a 68 year old Senior retired Veteran and 45 year businessman. Highly recommend you bypass this joint! They want to rob you with shaky unknown quality of service at best. Truly an organized mafia like Dental office. Stay away!!

I do not recommend this dentistry. They are about money and not concerned with customers. There goal is to collect money however means possible. You will not get customer care after making payment in full. Be prepared for fees added after paying in full.

Want you to pay up front for services not yet received!All I needed was a tooth pulled and talk about what else could be done with the tooth later.This doctor and staff talked me into getting a whole bridge, said there was no other way and wouldn't pull the tooth without doing this. I'm a senior citizen and didn't know what else to do. I was pressured into thinking I had to do this. They maxed my credit card out and said I still owed almost $500. The total was almost $4300!I have insurance, but they said it wouldn't cover any of this. I also heard these people talking others in other rooms into implants and other services while the senior patients were trying to tell them they didn't have money. I feel this needs to be looked into.Thank you

Worst dental I've ever been to. Been a year and a half and my denture still isn't right. Still doesn't hold. Payed for implants and still have to use denture cream to hold them in. My sister wanted the get her partical repaired and after many visits still not right. Stay away from this place.
