            Green Construction Services wants me to sign a proceed to work order without providing an itemized list covering the work to be performed and the cost. Once signed, they will tell me how much I will be charged. The previous revision had a total cost of approx. $30,000. I chose not to proceed with a major portion of the work. They credited -$18, 356.00 without an itemized list. The balance of approx. $12,000 is in question. I've requested some additional reductions be made to the scope of work to be done. No response from Green Construction Services. This is a Condo Owners Insurance Claim. Green Construction Services negotiated with my Insurance Company.

            I have had the opportunity to work with Green Construction Services (GCS) on two occasions. The first time was several years ago. GCS handled an issue at one of our rental properties. Most recently, I hired GCS to work on projects at my home. On both occasions they were professional, honest, and accurate. GCS always goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. Last week my daughter discovered an unrelated problem at our home. Unsure of who to call, she reached out to Brian Wiggs, the project manager overseeing our current project. The next day two Green employees came out to survey the problem. I have no hesitation recommending GCS. Everyone we have worked with has been honest regarding price and time. They have been a blessing.
