      had an unfortunate experience with Skys the Limit. After *** lost my package, Skys the Limit sent me a replacement. Weeks later, the original package randomly ended up in my mailroom, but had clearly been tampered with. I emailed them about it and asked if they wanted me to send it back. Despite my clear explanation, I received multiple frantic calls and voicemails from ******, a CS **** during the workday about missing items from that package when they got it back. Apparently someone stole some product out of it before *** dropped it in my mailroom. When I reached out about the poor CS experience, their CS manager, ****, was hyper focused on defending the teams actions rather than acknowledging my concerns about borderline being accused of stealing from them. Thats wild, especially when I went through the hassle of returning the package to ***** for them and considering the fact the *** told me they were already paid out for the package as it was already labled lost.Really poor experience all around with these guys. Not the same company *** been doing business with since 2015. Super sad.

      Hi Rohit, as with our previous response to your ****** Review and your email to our primary distributor, and the emails directly between the two of us I will respond once again here with all sincerity and well wishes. Nobody here ever accused you of stealing anything and at no time were any of us rude to you. We are sorry we made two phone calls to you to communicate professionally. We are sorry that you took offense to that. I wish I could find evidence of something we really did wrong to you so I could simply apologize in full and perhaps that would make you happy. But I cannot apologize in full when we at no time had any intent or unkind action towards you and we immediately replaced the package that *** lost. When you called **** clearly offended and accusing us of accusing you of stealing, **** maintained his composure and was patient and kind throughout. There were others present all who independently had the exact same story. Again we wish you only the very best. We have always enjoyed our relationship with you and do not really understand what you are upset about.       They had what I needed and my order was out that day. I received a text saying it’s on its way the same day. I received my order the next day it was well packaged professionally done with no worries. Did not pay extra for shipping. They’re worth my business again! On the other hand I ordered some other supplies that same day from another detailer supplier. Still waiting for the text that the order have been shipped. This is day two.
