            Purchased a 40x60 metal building for 65,913.00 0n October 28, 2020. Included in price was concrete foundation and assembly and erection of engineered steel building. Also included was three, 18 foot wide by 12 foot high roll up doors. The roll up doors (2) work good and the north facing door was installed incorrectly and the doorman came to fix it several times. One time when the door jammed the door man could not get the door to move and the chain from the automatic opener broke or bent some of the gust locks that keep the door in the tracks when the wind blows and keeps it from failing. I watched as the door man took a grinder and removed several of the gust/ wind locks. I asked about replacement and he said you don't need them, it will be fine the way it is. I brought this up to Mr. Bobby ********* (owner) at the final walk thru and he said he would look into it. Now he won't return my calls or texts. I have paid my bill in full and he has not finished the job.

            It has been almost a year since our 40' x 80' building was constructed in our yard. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient and delivered beyond expectation. The building is well built out of red steel - we've had no issues with it whatsoever. Exceptional quality and workmanship. Paula and Gordon - Wesley Chapel, FL
