      It is now going to 9 weeks since my order for vertical blinds and not one email or phone call telling me of the status of my order. It appears that you take my down payment and forget about your customer.. I was told at the time that i should expect at least 6 weeks or did she really mean 6 months. all i care about is either get my blinds or down payment paid back.*********************

      I do not recommend this company. Terrible experience with the purchase of an awning for my lanai. The salesperson took the improper measurements and the awning (which took 3 months to manufacture) was completely too large when it was delivered for installation. Another salesperson came out, took another set of measurements and identified the earlier salesperson's mistake. The awning was reordered and there was another 3 month wait. The salesperson was very non-responsive during the process. The service from this company was definitely NOT worth the premium prices you pay with them. I will not use them again and do not recommend them.

      Dear Sir;

      Your characterization of the matter is not entirely accurate. From start to finish your order was completed in 4 months time. The delay was attributable to production issues. And this was compounded by the rough measurements we had performed when you initially sought pricing from our company the previous year. We took a second set of measurements for your order on July the 8th upon receipt of your incorrectly sized awning, and it was installed on September 2nd. We immediately scheduled your job as soon as we received your order within a matter of days.

      As you know there have been substantial supply chain problems, back orders of products and the like. We understand your impatience but these are areas which we have no control over, and appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. In consideration of your inconvenience, we did give you a discount and yet were unable to receive complete payment on the outstanding balance until January 19, 2022 more than 4 and a half months following installation.

      Half of the delay was caused by the salesperson taking the incorrect measurements and ordering the wrong sized awning. Additionally, I was never invoiced for the final payment until a sales representative contacted me via phone in December and asked if I had ever received an invoice, as they did not recall ever sending one to me. I told them I had been waiting for an invoice to see the final bill but had not received one. The salesperson stated they had forgotten to send one and then one was sent in early January, which I promptly addressed by going directly to the office location in South Daytona Beach. The insinuation that I did not pay the outstanding balance in a timely manner is not appreciated.
