********************* . The tech spent over 2.5 hours to see what could be saved on your Jeep . Your jeep over heated bad where parts melted . We showed you how bad it was and the mainfolded melted to the block . Not only it had over ******* miles but everything was melted or warped from the heat . Terrible service from start to finish. I was told I had a 2 hour wait, when I made the appointment I had informed them I would wait, and was give. Ok. I only needed two things checked, the radio, and lane change alert. After six hours, I called to be told nothing had been done. I got the car back. I emailed managemen5, they had service tech call back, and he lied about work done.Im never ever going back.Review from Bob H

I made an appointment to look at a truck. I had to wait an hour for the truck to be brought to the lot. As part of the deal, I told Anthony, the salesman, the 22" tires and wheels on my trade-in had to be switched with the tires and wheels on the truck I was buying. I assured him the wheels would interchange. We negotiated a price difference, they then brought Chi, one of the managers in to close the deal. I raised my offer and he accepted it and approved the deal. One of their service techs came in and said switching the wheels would cause the valve sensors to show low air. I went home and spoke with my son and also a tire store manager. Both said all the dealer had to do was switch the valve stems along with the wheels. The next morning I called Anthony and told him what I had learned. He said he would check with management. Chi called me later and agreed with what I had told Anthony. He said he wanted to check and see if the valve stem holes in the wheels were the same. I told him they had been the same for the past 50+ years. He said he would get back to me. I received a call from Anthony the next day; he told me that Chi said they would be a charge of $400. per wheel to change the valves, thus increasing their profit after agreeing to the deal. This is a CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF BAIT AND SWITCH. This dealership management's ethics are at the bottom of the barrel even if they have any.Posner Park Chrysler Dodger Jeep Ram Response

NO ONE WAS TRYING TO BAIT AND SWITCH . MR ****** wanted his 22 in tires and wheels off his GM truck and put them on a Ram Truck . They have different wheel patterns and the senors will read different . We called a GM store and they said they would not work on a Ram . So 2 Dealer ships cant be wrong and we told him this up front so everyone was on the same page .Review from Milly G

I brought my truck in Posner Chrysler Jeep RAM 4 times related to the Air Suspension system. I have a 2014 RAM 1500 Laramie Limited. A few months ago my air suspension started acting up. I got the “immediate repair needed air suspension” warning and the got the “low rider” bounce. They couldn’t replicate the issue but said my battery was bad and that was likely the cause for issues with the air suspension compressor. So I paid them to replace the battery. A couple days later…same problem/ same warning on dash. I brought it back and left it for two weeks. They could never replicate the problem (I don’t think they ever seriously tried). They did indicate a possible concern base on a service bulletin from Dodge regarding the control module. That would cost $1100 to replace. I opted to drive my wife’s vehicle for a while to save money to make repairs. So in January I made an appointment and dropped off my truck. Once again they couldn’t replicate the issue but suggested about $4000 worth of repairs to fix the air suspension. They also indicated that my ABS was shot and would require $3200 worth of repairs. So I had them proceed with the air suspension repairs. They called me a week later and said the air suspension was fixed. Two days later still getting warnings and bounce. I brought it back and they still couldn’t replicate the problem. Despite that they suggested that the abs my be causing the air suspension to fail. What? I was having problems with the air suspension long before I had an issue with ABS. So now they conveniently want me to spend $3200 on the ABS with no guarantee the ABS will work or that it will fix the air suspension system. You know what they said…”we have a list of repairs and if one doesn’t work we go to the next…you can either invest in your vehicle or trade it in for a newer truck”. Guess what still not fixed. Same warning same bounce. I was hoping I could trust these folks but it’s clear they don’t care if they actually fix your vehiclePosner Park Chrysler Dodger Jeep Ram Response

You yourself said it does not happen all the time .The computer said compressor was bad and the lines also . The truck is a 2014 with 140,000 miles on it . After we did the repairs it ran for 2 hours and drove it 30 miles and everything was working right . if its still bad bring it back in and see Alex . Maybe a line is loose or something . But everything was working right when you left . Bring it back and we can see what is going on if it is still doing it .

First time customer, in September I made appointment for the 27th, called to reschedule two days prior they said they couldn't find the appointment. They had taken all my vehicle/personal information down and had not registered it.I made another appointment with them. I chose October 11th so roughly 2 weeks after my initial appointment was supposed to be. I chose that day because they said they where completely open. I chose the earliest appointment they had because I work full time, needed my car and so that they had sufficient time to check out the car/work on it. A friend clear their day to take me. I got there at 840 am, the technician that walked up to me asked me what was wrong with the car and etc. We went inside the office and he spoke to a guy who said that the appointment was with Justin Callahan so I had to wait to speak to him. The technician told me to go sit down and wait that he would come get me. I waited and waited and he never came back. I had been waiting since 840 just to check in,it was now 930 so I went up to Justin and asked if the guy had spoken to him and he said no and proceeded to check me in. I waited 50 min just to be checked in, while I witness 5+ customers being checked in and taken care of and with me having an appointment for 2 weeks. I get no kind of update. Around 5-515pm I call them because I figure they probably close around 7pm so I can get some kind of update. I have a Dodge Challenger the problem that I am having is that when I am driving it's loosing power like anywhere after 10-20mph when I'm hitting the gas it's slowing down and sounding really loud and the rpm goes up way too high. So I been scared that something big is going to mess up driving it like that but I have to work. When I call between 5-5:15pm I got passed on from the secretary to a guy and then put on hold for another person. We have tried to reach out to her many times . We where backed up on transmissions all week and the writer was trying to help her but the tech could not get to it before 5 that night . WE HAVE TRIED to get a hold of her and no return call or email .Customer Response

To clarify they called me only one time, they called on October 17th Justin Callahan left a voicemail. I have the call log and voicemail to prove it. They did that one week after the experience and only after I had posted my review. By then I had taken my car somewhere else and also I do not owe them anything or wish for my vehicle to be in their questionable hands or for any more of my time to be wasted.Customer Response

Also if they where backed up on cars they should have and could've communicated that at any point during the 2 weeks I had my appointment for. Even as inconvenient and frustrating as it would've been they could've even let me know the day of the appointment. I would've rather they've been upfront about it when I dropped of the car and I would've just rescheduled. People make appointments for it to be more convenient for them and business. Because everyone has things going on in their lives: jobs, responsibilities, etc. Instead of them making the decision for me and wasting my time and money for absolutely no reason. Because if they where that backed up as a professional and big company business they would have had an idea of about long those cars would take. It purely came down to them just being plain greedy and not only that, them having absolutely no consideration for the customer.Review from Douglas M
