VET is OUT OF BUS. & left no notice on website or anywhere-just left their website fully in tact. Could have had the decency to let their customers know, if not 'ahead' of time, but then AT LEAST WHEN they shut down! Just disappear and leave their customers hanging! How INCONSIDERATE!!

We were told the cost would be $110 and then we picked him up the total was only $94. And they dont give you your money back, you have to have a credit. I dont want a credit. I dont want to have to come back for a service. I just want my $15. This place is shady.

I called to set up an appointment to have my dogs put down. My dogs are in good health, but they have behavior problems that are environmental. Giving more details, I have Dogo Argentinos. These are a guardian breed of dog, they are banned in many countries, people use them as fighting or hunting dogs. My wife and I tried everything we could to keep them. Tried selling our home to buy land to let them run, tried socializing them and they are good dogs. But they chew everything. They ate the walls of my house over $100k in damages, they ate their own dog houses, they growl at my year and half old daughter, they have nocked down a neighbor, it is a very long story, but they have behavior problems because of anxiety from not being able to exercise. I bought them a doggie treadmill and so much more, anxiety matts, special food, medications, I tried everything except the last option. This option was for me to give them my dogs so they could rehome them. These guys... tried to get my $5,000 dogs for free after trying to nickel and dime me through a problem. What makes this worse. These dogs were supposed to be service dogs, my wife and I are both autistic. Which is part of the issue, with the energy we put off, the dogs do not know how to properly respond to that. My wife and I love these dogs and it pains us to be in this situation. Everyone one wants to exploit us for our dogs, instead of helping us with our dogs. At this point, I just need to put the dogs down. Every day I look at them my heart breaks and this is torture, because they live kennel to kennel and I can't trust them unattended. I can not just rehome them because of their breed (these are "fighting dogs" bad people try to get them everyday) and I know what happens to trouble dogs rehoming and animal abuse. For their best interests, they needed to be put down. This vets office has no respect for freedom of choice and actively exploit clients in need. Love your animals and find another veterinarian.

Vet Frank M. V**** was walking my dog out to me from the back offices and while trying to walk him the doctor became frustrated and deliberately kicked my dog right on the side of his mouth. My dog was muzzled, so if my dog was giving the doctor a hard time my dog would NOT have been able to hurt them at all. I yelled at the doctor asking why did he just kick my dog, and the doctor replied "because the dog is an *** just like his owner". This veterinarian should be used to dealing with all types of different dogs without having to violently, physically hurt the animal.
