      The service department is absolutely terrible!! I am currently fighting with them over the cost of a transmission replacement. My warranty has stated ***** sent a estimate for repairs over to them and they informed him he was requesting almost 5 hours over the All **** book. so he requested I pay out of pocket for this. ***** has Lied to me multiple times. He stated they never sends an estimate to warranty companies and never receives a written approval back for the approved work, and that this all happens verbal. I'm sure ***** thought I would read into this, or can persuade me to believing this is the truth. Needless to say after my vehicle is fixed I will never conduct business with Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and **** again, nor will my family or friends. I will also be putting in a formal complaint as well with Mopar to notify them of how they are represented by this dealership. This all could have been resolved from the beginning and not started the situation off with a lie, stating he called my warranty company an they requested a full tear down. I called my warranty company at the start and they were completely unaware that my vehicle was even in the shop, a month later when it was finally touched, my warranty requested a written cause of failure along with pictures. ***** provided picture without written cause. They emailed and called stating if he couldn't provide this they would have to send out an inspector. ***** ignored this and reassembled my transmission and wanted me to be out of pocket for the remove and replacement of transmission pan knowing he scheduled an inspection. Needless to say ***** has to be the worst service advisor I have ever dealt with, and the cause of me not returning for service, or when I decide to purchase a new vehicle.

      Extended warranties we do not send an estimate over. It is all done by phone. We tell them the customers concern and what part has failed. . We give a break down for parts and labor. We use all-data as a labor guide. The extended warranty then will let us know  what items are covered.. They give a break down on parts and labor of what they will cover. The extended warranty did sent a claim authorization over in detail parts and labor break down. For requested and approved total..Which customer has received as well. The extended warranty never requested a full tear down. The  extended warranty  is not contacted until the vehicle has been diagnose. They do not want the dealers to call when the vehicle first get to the shop. until we determine the cause of failure. Thank you for your time.

      They cost me over ******* dollars by leaving a grounded bolt loose during a transmission repair . Had to drop it off in ********** for a diagnostic , get a rental while on a trip . ********** chrysler found loose bolt and repaired it . I would like my ******* dollars , back .

      My husband and I came in and purchased a 2017 ***** dermax LTZ ( with extended warranty) on 9-09-23 we have put a total of **** miles on it. It is a piece of shit! The 1st week the check engine light came on! That should have been our sign!! We were told by ***** that our remote start would be fixed weeks ago they had to order parts and we havent heard anything from them. Since then its been in ********** times because it has blown out all the oil (which by the way the 1st oil change was done by Fresno Chrysler!!! The repair shop stated the oil filter gasket was pinched.) From the 1st oil change Fresno Chrysler did we had put 504 miles on the truck before it went into the shop DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONORABLE AND DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORDS. AND SELL TRASH!!! I had to put a star! But they definitely dont deserve it!!!

      Customer did have to bring the vehicle back into the shop for the check engine light.. Unfortunately when buying a used or a new vehicle. You may have concerns with it. The vehicle was smog and safety in the shop before sold from our dealership. You would not have been able to ******* with a check engine light on. We go through the vehicle before they are sold. The parts are on a back order through the ***** dealership in town. Some of the manufactures were on strike and the dealer could not get parts for sometime. When the parts arrive the sales department will contact the customer for repairs on the remote start. As far as the oil change we were not made aware of the gasket being pinched. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your time.
