              Most unprofessional towing services, l would never call for their service, although had given all information about my vehicle, wrong tow truck was sent, waistin my time, lost my mechanic appointment that was very difficult and had to wait 4 weeks for new appointment.

              Good morning Mr. F*****, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with us. If this was a call through Triple A, we send out the truck that they ask us to bring out. If this was a direct call to our company, can you please provide me with the date and approx time so that I may further look into it and see why you were not sent the correct truck. Again I am sorry for your experience with us. Thank You

              Not at all,the fact ,information about exact car was given, if car had been moved with the sent truck, it would have been damaged suvierly. AAA does not decide what equipment to be sent. Company does based on given information by AAA.
