Since I started this project with Elbac Solar its been nothing but a nightmare. The workers they sent out initially came in sweat pants and t shirt. I had to ask who was in charge of them and who was associated with Elbac because I just didnt want random strangers coming to my house and turned out the lead away the one who was dressed in sweats. ***** workers had look up a video on how to troubleshoot an issue they were having on ******** They got paint all over my landscaping, cement, and hose had to fight to get my reimbursement on the rocks of my landscaping. After they were done I thought that was the end of it but checked my roof and about 30 broken tiles with loose debri everywhere. My house was new construction roof was intact and fine. They finally sent someone over after hounding them. Thought they had fixed it and no there is still broken tiles and looks like some of the workers hid the tiles underneath the solar panels. One the loose tiles came crashing down been picking up nails, tiles, and other debri that they left on the roof. ***** customer service is horrible project manager keeps saying hes already brought up the issue to his supervisor. Supervisor supposed to call me back and never does. I paid for solar and these guys messed up my house. This is dangerous one of those tiles hits my family it can kill her she is only 5 or cause serious injury to an adult. Do you guys not care about your customers.
