TAS plumbing was assigned my plumbing issue via First American Home Warranty. *** showed up and seemed to be taken by suprise when I asked for his card. He showed me the paperwork and was welcomed in. He verified that my garbage disposal was, in fact, broken and replaced it. He (***) installed a very, very cheap garbage disposal . It was smaller and had less horse power than the garbage disposal he removed. *** did the job quickly and left. I immediately called First American to find out if this was their procedure. My concern was that no company should come into my home and downgrade my appliances. After 1 month of complaining and attempting to get *** to come back to fix the problem, a new plumbing company was assigned to the job. They came out immediately to fix the problem. The first thing the new plumber said was that TAS messed up my sink. TAS plumbing removed the old unit and put in the new one. They removed the metal ring that the garbage disposal screws into. It was screwed directly into the drain and the drain was smaller than the one he removed. The new company gave installed a much more reputable brand with the same horsepower as the original. My biggest complaint is that *** repeatedly lied to First American and refused to correct the issue.

This company was selected by my warranty company First American. Once again the lowest bidder wins. Which means the one with the 1.8 reviews wins the bid. I needed to speak with a representative from the company. So i left numerous messages on the company office phone. Which stated they would return the phone call the next business day on the recording. However, no phone calls were ever returned. I finally make contact through text from a text message that was sent earlier in the week. Imagine that. However, they refuse to speak with me since its the weekend and do not care to comment on not returning any of my left voice messages in the office. So I go without plumbing service for another week! How or where do these people go to educate themselves on customer service. If you google the reviews on this company you will see they are not good. So I am glad for the poor customer service provided. I can cancel my work request and go else where. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I found Tim and his company to be professional and prompt. We were assigned them through our home warranty. Their arrival time was accurate and reasonable. I showed Tim the problem. He gave me choices. I wanted a more drastic fix then likely necessary and he did exactly what I asked. He was quick, thorough and did a quality job. I recommend.
