They came out to repair a sewer line in our park and they caused a shed to cave in and break a water main and abandoned the job ! They are not real plumbers!

I recently hired Robert S M**** Plumbing to do a plumbing job, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the work that was done. While payment was not an issue, the quality of the work was sub-par. The project was a reroute of a water main that was leaking under the slab, and there were several issues with how it was done. As a former owner and now retired of a Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Company in Southern California and Tulare County. I have a solid understanding of the industry and the standards that should be met. Their work was sub-par and took way longer than it should have for two guys. Communication was also a big problem. I was not informed of any additional work they did or delays. I am not sure who was texting me or calling me most of the time because of the lack of who it was, just some number. But taken together, they could not get the job done before the holidays as I was told it would be no problem. The manager said that Plumber had misplaced the job. I received a text message asking for payment without any acknowledgment of the issues I had previously raised, so I sent a 600-word message detailing the issues with the job. The "Service Manager" confirmed he "hadn't had time to read my story" My read-time software said reading time was 2 minutes and 31 seconds for the average reader. Three thousand dollars later, here we are. Good luck because this shop does have potential. Also, I would have given it three stars except for the Service manager, who, in so many words texting, me that he is not interested in his customers' issues. I see they are getting better from the reviews below.

Very rude and unprofessional service with their customers. First time was a good experience. Second time the plumber did not come on time who was actually scheduled 7-9am for which I took some time off from work to be present for this apt. When I called Jimmy who is taking care of this business, he said that his other plumber could not make it and that he was running late, but he will come to do the job himself. Jimmy reviewed the job and he said he also could not do it either that day because he needed to buy some supplies for this job. He told us that we will have to close our main water pipe and we will not have water for 4 hours because of the complicated job he has to do. We prepared and collected our water in buckets for cooking and cleaning since we will be without water for 4 hours because of this job. Then another plumber came for the 3rd time to our house and got the job done in less 45 minutes. Jimmy charged us an high amount of money for this supposed “complicated 4 hours job” which it was done only in 45 Minutes on the clock. When I texted him about this he was rude and unprofessional and he felt “annoyed” about the 45 minutes job and he does not look forward to do business with us and to pay asap. What a Horrible company to treat customers like that and to do business with. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumber and good service.

Robert M**** Plumbing put in a water softener and told us to get a new tankless hot water heater because the one they put in 15 years ago was close to failing from age and use. The plumber said he would put it in. We ordered the new tankless hot water heater and it was delivered so we called Robert M**** Plumbing who has helped us for 15 years. They told us they would not work for us again without any explanation. What a horrible company to treat customers that badly. We found another plumber to put it in. If we are being slandered or libeled by Robert M**** Plumbing, let me know so we can file a lawsuit.
