I am satisfied with the LulaRoe clothing I have received, four skirts, one dress and now two pairs of jeans. The skirts and dress I have worn personally and professionally for nearly four years now; the pair of jeans are some of the best I have ever purchased. I constantly get complimented on the clothes, even the older skirts which I swear people have seen me in multiple times. They are super comfortable and even survived the "COVID 15" many of us gained during the shutdown. Granted I have never been a distributor or bought leggings which seems where most of the complaints come from, but the clothing I have bought is well made and super comfortable, which I expect from the slightly higher price I pay for them over brick and mortar retailers. However, to me it is worth it. The only reason I haven't' given five stars is my recent online denim purchase. I am in-between sizes, and apparently bought the wrong size. Although wearable, I did ask to exchange or return the jeans for the other size, but heard nothing back (not even a "no") from the independent retailer, only a second form email that didn't address my personal concern. I went ahead and unsubscribed from her emails after the non-response and ordered the better size from her competitor. She has lost my repeat business because I have a 4/5 view of this brand. I hope this review helps others make a more informed choice and to consider LuLaRoe (it's not perfect but certainly not horrible in my opinion as other reviewers believe on this page). My only caution is be prepared for a no return/limited return policy. I'm hoping this second online retailer is more attentive to good customer's legitimate questions such as mine.
