              This has been ongoing since March. They have sent factory representatives, and people from the company, yet here I am without any answers. Terrible installation, a few calls with hope of resolving issue, empty promises. I don't want to go legal with this, but i'm tired of no follow through. I started my concern well within the 30 days of being satisfied, not happy at all, yet they continue to pass on the issue. I would like a call from the owner, not VP or someone with a plan / and try to find a resolution to this concern. Help, thank you

              It’s time this place was shutdown. Terrible customer satisfaction, they installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout my house they trashed my baseboards and refuse to replace now the flooring is loose in the rooms they removed tile after a year of light traffic. I reported them to the contractors state license board who found them guilty of bad business practices. Mark the owner is one of the lowest human beings I’ve ever met. He has scammed so many consumers and gotten away with it it’s part of his business plan.
